I see Cenk let his boy gain access to the computer again.

47% compared to 45% out of sample size of a few hundred? Don't jump to conclusions there.
6
Economics isn't that simple. Just spending that money to create "jobs" does not grow the economy. Wealth creation does that. Kyle's economic illiteracy is high in this one.
6
LA Lakers Fauci is anti science at this point. He does nothing but fear monger as opposed to telling the full story.
6
Actually a lot of our problems is from the fact that government have overreached as a whole to begin with.
6
kestrel archer, he is not wrong
6
No he isn't
6
How? She is not forcing others to go to her salon.
6
Yep, keep saying that Bernie is popular. Meanwhile, people that run on his ideas continue to lose.
6
Married into politics thus she feel she is important. Really, like Pelosi, she is out of touch.
6
The biggest problem we have these days is lack of discussion on complex issues. Many want to blame Trump but when the left constantly silences the other side calling the racist, sexist, anti science etc. it leads to where we are at now. Blame Trump all you want, maybe the left should be more open minded.

Erbyenbe, people do have different resources. I don't have a youtube channel, Shapiro and Kyle do. So they have more "speech" based on that as well. No different than a poor person having "less speech" than a rich one. Also, a rich person probably works so much they don't have time to attend rallies or go door to door in support of a candidate, so they donate money instead. Kyle gets around 30,000 views a video. Say if I created a youtube channel and only received 10,000 views a video. Would you demand that more people watch my videos or that less watch Kyle's video so there is no inequality in speech? A bribe is illegal as there will be quid pro quo. At that point it is not speech. That is the difference.
6
TYT has great journalists?
6
He had a point, unions donate way more than the NRA. Planned Parenthood donated over $30 million to Clinton. $5.9 million is a drop in the bucket at that point, especially since the NRA does not make money off of it.
6
No he won't
6
I really don't see this going anywhere. I bunch of disgruntle children in their 20s is not a "revolution". The reason why this won't go anywhere is because the policies Kyle and Bernie supporters support are too radical. The whole no corruption thing might get some traction. But people, especially when they become older, will not support socialism. The Tea Party won on the basis of limited government and have been winning the next few election cycles. To win this you have to 1. Become moderate 2. Get people who agree with you to run Both of which I don't see happening.

The economy isn't stable as we have not recovered from the last recession. We are still behind.
5
Maybe Michelle should run for office.

Christie never said teachers, he said teacher unions. The title is misleading. Teacher unions are not for education. They are for the teachers and only the teachers. They protect bad teachers but don't reward good teacher. A teacher working at a Title I school with lower level students and lesser quality of schools gets less pay than another teacher working at a rich school with better students and schools. Thus the low income suffer with inferior teachers. Teacher unions are a problem in our education system and is arguably the number one problem. Not teachers, and Christie was very clear on that, but teacher unions. Watch the video "Governor Christie Responds to Teacher During Town Hall" and the PragerUniversity video "Teacher Unions vs Students" narrated by professor Terry Moe from Stanford University.

They are not concerned about the body of the woman, they are concerned about what is inside the woman. Also, one can say to pro choicers stop attack a man's wallet.
5
Men pay for child support. Ever heard of the saying "the right to a man's wallet"?
5
What if the man wants an abortion but the woman doesn't? Now he has to pay child support. Also, responsibility comes from both ends. How about the woman not fuck if she can't be responsible.
5
There was no plan to pay for it. This is smart as CA has enough financial problems.
5
A right is something the government can't take away. Healthcare along with food and water requires that someone provides those things to you. In the end that results in force. We have an example of that in the US. A right to a jury of your peers. If you are called to jury duty and you refuse you go to jail.
5
And is that really bad? I work hard, I earn a high income thus I should get better care.
5
Background checks already exist, so at that point it is meaningless. Assault weapon and high capacity magazine bans don't work. Republicans block gun reform because they support rights. What Kyle is saying is purely a conspiracy. The polls are vague and meaningless. All of these proposed gun laws would do nothing to lower gun crime and crime in general. If you go "balls to the walls" on this issue the facts will rise up and crush you. It really begs the question, after these laws are passed and we have another mass shooting, than what?
5
Bernie has never answered a question, ever. All he does is spit appeal to emotion rhetoric, that is why he lost.
5
Intelligent design is not science. You can teach it in a philosophy course, but you teach science in science courses.
5
Actually you most likely didn't pay taxes on those issues considering they were local issues.

Sean Green There is a gap because there is a glass ceiling. What is stopping women from starting their own business and hiring just women or pay them more? Nothing really. Maybe we should push women to be more innovative and create businesses. The problem with passing this bill at the federal level is that it does open the flood gates more oppressive laws. Passing a law that forces businesses to give a reason why they pay someone they do would be acceptable at the state level but should never be supported at the federal level. If you were a true libertarian you would see that in connections to state rights. It doesn't matter who commits more domestic violence. More men are more likely to be in car accidents. We don't fine them more if they break the law. By the 14th amendment no law should discriminate against sex. If a man hits a woman or a woman hits a man then the punishment should be equal by law. The Ray Rice video was a poor example, that is an NFL athlete against a women. Plus Lisa Lopes burned down Andre Rison's house during a domestic dispute so to say it can't go both way is a lie. She was jailed for it and rightfully so. Domestic violence can happen both ways, we shouldn't have laws discriminating against any particular sex or race. If we do then we must admit that particular sex or race, in this case women, are inferior and they should be treated as such. But if they want to be treated as equals then my law they should be. On reproductive rights no one is forcing women to have a baby. You will probably cry abortion but one, no one forced them to have sex. Another is that abortion is a touch issue that can be seen as murder on both a baby or society. Plus where is the man's involvement in abortion? Biologically half of that child is his. It takes two to tango and it is funny how a women has the right to a man's wallet but the man has little to no say at all in an abortion or the financial part of custody. The reality is that there is not war on women. If women want to keep drumming one up and create laws to cater to them then they need to first admit they are inferior. I am all for treating them as equals and support treating them as equals but as soon as they cry "war on women" and push for laws to cater to them then I want them to admit they are inferior. I will then have the right to look down on them and not be called a sexist. When a woman messes up I should have the right to say that they messed up because they are a woman and not be label as a sexist. If you want to be inferior in by all means support those laws. If you want to be treated as equal then don't support those laws and support the 14 amendment and I will respect women just like everyone else.

" Did Bernie not do his homework?" No, because he doesn't know what he is talking about. He just shouts his appeal to emotion talking points.

+Cake Hebenstreit Japan also has a culture where everyone works themselves to death.
5
Bolgernow I am actually voting for Gary Johnson.

Police are locally ran and funded, and even at that you are not guaranteed their services.

Equality isn't about creating laws in favor of a certain group, it is about making the laws that are equal for everyone. If it is about equality than why no call it the Violence Against People Act? There is a pure political motivation in naming the bill "Violence Against Women Act". The pay fairness have been debunked already in terms of men earning more than women. Rush had a great point. This is about equality. Equality is making laws that cover everyone equally. A lot of those laws favor women which isn't equal. Kyle really digs when he starts talking about teen pregnancy and STDs. So I guess women are the only ones that get STDs and men can't get them. All Kyle did was show how Democrats continue to treat women like second rate citizens that need the government's help. If it were really about equality than treat women, according to the law, like everyone else.

A lot of intelligent people are religious.

Biggsy DaBoss is right on this one. As a moderate the "right wing" channels are the ones that use facts the most and even cite their facts to allow others to form their opinion. Stefan Molyneux even said that you should question him and Ben Shapiro has said similar things, that if further studies come about he will change his mind. To me, though, is is easier to be left wing, especially with the rise of Bernie. They appeal to a very emotional audience that will buy into their propaganda more. Look at how Kyle and Cenk acts. They both act like children with their funny voices and actions. And while someone like Steven Crowder acts that way, he admits he is bias to the right and does it for entertainment. Kyle and Cenk want you to them them seriously.
5
"big government isn't evil because when it is run with the right people" Which is who? How do you determine that? Wasn't Obama years ago supposed to be one of the "right people"? This is exactly why the founding fathers wanted strict limitations on all governments, especially the federal government. It was to prevent people from getting into power in government and oppressing others. Also, who the "right person" is to you is not the "right person" to someone else.
5
You can't make a "living wage" a constitutional right because you can't clearly define what a "living wage" is.
5
If the democrats want to win they have to stop being so radical and become more moderate.
5
I wouldn't say violent but democrats are a radical group right now. If you disagree with them they will call you a racist bigot sexist climate change denier anti-science And so on. Apparently rating women on a scale of 1 to 10 on look is sexism. Or wanting to remove illegal immigrants is racist. Or saying that climate change is happening but feeling it is not a threat is being a denier.
5
MrInuhanyou123 And other countries are facing problems as well or have restrictions. For example, in other countries they track you as a student and determine if you are college material or not limiting how many people can go to college.
5
I disagree, peaceful protest is fine.

+Jonathan rubin As a scientist myself Dawkins is an embarrassment to science.
5
Since 1900 only 4 presidents did not win re-election. As long as the economy does not take Trump is fine.
5
There are some, anytime we allow something to happen or ban something in society there are pros and cons. It isn't about if there are pros or cons in this situation but if it violates the constitution or not. This story does nothing to sway me either way, a state that recognizes marriage must recognize gay marriage, not doing so violates the 14th amendment. It doesn't matter how I or anyone else feels emotionally about gay marriage.
5
Shapiro will kick Kyle's ass. Kyle has zero substance in what he says and talks about Bernie all the time even though he lost.
5
She is the victim. People who are supporting forcing her to pay this fine or serving someone they don't want to serve are straight up fascist. Are these owners bigots? Yes. Do I support their actions? No. But I support their right to run their business the way they want. Instead we have people that want to use the threat of incarceration to do what they want them to do. They are saying "serve these people or go to jail". That is similar to slavery, that is fascism at it's finest which is worse than being a bigot. I would rather have millions of bigots in our country than a few fascist forcing people to live the life they feel is "right". This is why we do have people that hate the LGBT movement, they are set on ruining people's lives to suit their needs. Instead of using free speech to criticize this company, and going to another business, they use threat of incarceration and government force to get these people to accept the gay lifestyle. This is no different then forcing anti-abortion laws on people, or banning marijuana laws. It is pathetic what this is becoming too, how fascism is being supported and celebrated.
5
Chris, if you devalue a college degree than employers will look at other characteristics instead. Having a college degree is just one of many things employers look for.
5
"Even though he was a democrat by today's standards!" Uh, no. What Lincoln pushed for was equality for all which is what republicans push for. Democrats create groups they claim are oppressed (gays, minorities, women), and feel those groups need government help. That is called the "soft bigotry of low expectations". There is also a strong argument that policies by democrats have hurt some of those groups. For example, the min. wage had hurt black teen employment.
