  3. Graduated in 75 so I can relate.. But it took me about 45 yrs to finally see the light. So many of my friends have passed in the last two yrs I guess I got lucky..

  8. When Trump first got elected Obama said N Korea Kim Jung IL was the single worst threat to the US, Trump was literally visiting Kim within weeks & we've hardly heard a peep out of him since. If people can't see which way blue states are headed vs Red states fine, make you're pick & leave w/ the consequences.

  10. 30 yrs for me, I went to suboxen. I just smoke a little pot don't drink. The pain pills that you knew weren't tainted w/ fentynol were expensive,13$ for a real percentage 10. I was spending 65$ per day.

  13. In my neighborhood in Florida, most of us have lived here since the homes were new in 79, six families( what's left of us) get together every day or so. I'm never moving,you could hear a pin drop!

  29. Ikr, last night at 8:00 pm my electricity went off for 4 hrs till they brought in a crew to fix it. I was going crazy w/ no air or internet for 4 hrs in the Florida heat. I couldn't imagine what it'd be like forever!

  32. These are all special places, warm climates beautiful mountains its inevitable people W/ money are going to flock there. Some places aren't nice & they're still expensive like NY, DC & SF. Its only going to get worse, so if you own a home sell it for a million & buy 3 houses in Florida.

  34. Appalachia was my favorite but each were good. That region always got a bad rap. In 1975 I went to Marine boot camp,my platoon was mostly guys from Florida & Ohio. The plt across from us were all W.Virginia, them were some big tough old boys back in the day believe you me!

  35. Same w/ my hometown of Youngstown Ohio & Pittsburgh to name a couple more. All our jobs going overseas was a big nail in the coffin. We don't make anything here a anymore. Maybe best, young people would rather sit home & collect a measley check from the govt.

  37. I don't care what anyone says & I'm not particularly religious but the farther we get away from a little religion the worse things get..I'm convinced of it, people for the most part were kinder & more caring,now its unusual when people can converse like Peter & Tommie in real life.

  38. I remember that series on MTV I think called Wild on West Virginia & the kid that was the star of the show drowned in a jeep acident. The girl got busted for selling Oxy & the show after about 8 episodes is no more. That was about 2012 or 13.
