The fact that it is non-persistent is often mentioned. It doesn't have to be. You can AVERAGE (integrate) the effect. There is on AVERAGE 50 times as much. Non-persistent ==> Definition - only heat trapped by CO2 molecules can evaporate water vapor molecules. The heat water vapor traps doesn't cause water evaporation.

  26. Putin is already outsmarting the West. He has given back 1/2 the territory he captured since the start of the war in an effort to promote peace. If the West had given at least half of Ukraine to Russia the war would already be over. I believe Putin will give back the rest in a further effort to promote peace. If he threw in Donbas and Crimea - he might have a deal.
