  29. I have seen exchange rate estimates in the same range but favoring Ukraine. We will know the truth after the war. Russia has to threaten its troops with drone strikes to get them to advance. That does not sound like an exchange rate in Russia's favor.

  30. The USA is giving up general patrols of the sea lanes. It will only protect US and allied commerce. Giving up world domination plans will be a net loss for the world. If you want to do world trade you will need to patrol the oceans on your own. With a blue water navy. Such navies are very expensive.
