  14.  @badart3204  If drugs don't cause addiction (trauma does) then no one has to be kept away from them except children. I would suggest that allowing opiates for PTSD would solve the problem and keep the drugs under a doctors supervision.

And as you point out it is very clever of the States not to mention the Federal legislation. That does not make it go away.

With the further result of the disintegration of the Russian Federation - a LOT of new countries. There may be significant changes of heart - after the war is over. I do not expect to see such a change as long as Russian drones are hitting Kyiv. Kyiv not Moscow will be the leader of Eastern Europe. You can see it forming already.

  33. One small problem it takes $3 bn to $4 bn of wind generators to equal $1 bn of nuke. And with the wind you also get intermittent and unreliable. Intermittent is helped some by batteries. Unreliable is handled by backup generators.
