  7. It is not a bad idea at all. 👍 Britain currently doesn't have the power to create such union as an alternative to EU. But these countries should cooperate in the fields of defence, manufacturing, education etc. As a Czech I have deep distrust in the German - French dominated EU, particularly as regards defence, energy security and immigration policies. Also unfair system of agricultural subsidies and huge bureau are downsides of the EU membership. Britain has more pragmatic approach and similarly sees Russia as a threat. Eastern European countries should definitely work much closer together.

  8. To myself, a Czech person, this law seems absolutely fine and balaced. I think we desperately need similar law in our country. Foreign financed NGOs cause huge damage to our lovely country and Europe as a whole. They are bringing in neo-marxist ideology in a cloak of "liberal democracy". They diguise foreign and corporate interests as grassroots movement. They bring in large scale immigration , LGBT agenda, deindustialisation masked as fight against emissions. I cannot see how Russia can misuse this law, Russian NGOs would have same obligations as western NGOs.

As a Czech person I am extremely impressed by the actions of Polish government i recent years. 👍Poland has made a huge leap in last ten years in building it's economy, infrastructure, industy and military capabilities. I am a big supporter of Intermarium. I don't think it's only a good option for eastern European countries but pure necessity to ensure survival of the individual nations and to stay relevant. Let's be honest and less diplomatic. Polish military build-up is not only deterrent against Russia, but also against Germany or any other invader. Political disagreement and tension between Poland and Germany - France dominated EU is increasing in recent years. The biggest points of friction are immigration policies and redistribution of immigrants, energy security and the role of nuclear energy, gender, equity and other neo-marxist agenda. My opinion eastern European countries should build a strong political, military and economical block, either within or outside the EU. This should include Poland ,Ukraine, Romania, the Baltic states, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia. In future possibly Belarus, Serbia and Hungary. The main characteristics would be. 1. Common defence against Russia 2. Counterbalance against German dominance 3. Development of North - South business routes in competition to East - West. Economical cooperation. 4. Political alliance against woke ideology and dissolution of national states. Protection of culture, family and Christian values. 5. Strong military and economic ties with the United States and South Asia, whilst keeping good relations with the rest of Europe 6. Expansion of nuclear energy and using it as a building stone in energy transition. Pragmatic energy policies in opposition to German dogmatic Green Deal. 7. Dealing with Europe on equal terms, ending servitude to Germany and France.

  14. Yes, exactly. Turkey is in the best situation, it has very good demographics, strong army and the economy is "Turkish" but works nonetheless. China has abundance of young workers / soldiers at the moment, but its demographic will fall sharply. It has good economy and army. Russia's economy is still OK, but bleeding in Ukraine, it has a bad demography and reduced military capabilities due to current loses.

  21. 1. It is quite the opposite. Nuclear energy is cheap in a long term. The storage of nuclear waste is subsidised by taxpayer, but so are the incentive for renewables. The "cheap" price of renewables somehow never calculates for their intermittency, eg batteries, hydroelectric storage hydrogen storage, etc, demand for high capacity HVDC power lines. 2. Cut both, unreliable renewables and imported gas. Use strong and reliable nuclear instead. It's a no-brainer. 3. It was a slow process managed by Russian and American interests And yes, 4. Nobody understands Germany

  23. This is a result of the car industry arrogance and lack of innovation and also a consequence of psychopathic policies of the German government. Energy dependence on Russian gas, irrational closing of nuclear power stations, social welfare handouts incentivising idleness, catastrophic immigration policies, terrible family policies. Government so much wanted socialism and now they are getting it 🙈. As a Czech person I am not laughing, economists in our country have been vocal about the Czech Republic's over-reliance on Germany and automotive industry for years. Government did absolutely nothing to solve this strategic vulnerability and to diversify the economy.

  28. V4 is probably not as relevant today because it's main goals have been achieved, like integration into EU structures etc. Personally I would like to see V4 like a more pragmatic alternative to left leaning tandem Germany - France in European parliament. Voting force for East of Europe.

  30. Is a Czech person I have different view. France has proven itself historically as a very unreliable partner. Together with the UK they've thrown us overboard in 1939 to maintain "peace " with Germany. Tandem Germany - France will always prefer good relations with Russia to good relations with central Europe, because it's their material base. (France also has Africa). France and Germany are also the biggest source of European bureaucracy which is crippling our economy. Central Europe has to co-operate militarily with the USA, they are the only true strategic partner, our geopolitical interests align. France is a country still stuck in their colonial past when French was diplomatic language number one. But these times are long gone. France is still strong power but definitely not superpower. They need to adjust their policy to reality.

  35. That's called free market. UK exports gas and imports oil. Brits always have this idea of merkantilism, that they should be allowed to sell their good and products to othet markets but other countries shouldn't be allowed on British market.

In 1970s it had world's second highest GDP per capita of $50,000 due to export of phosphates.( First was Saudi Arabia) In 1990s the deposits of phosphates run out and the life standards plummeted, GDP per capita shrunk to only $2,500, central bank went insolvent and the island was left impoverished with uneducated, unemployed population, with high rate of obesity and environmental damage. Saudi Arabia is heading similar way. MBS seems to try to implement some reforms and diversify the economy. He's planning the futuristic city of Neom with free economic zone in Gulf of Acaba. But I cannot evaluate how much of it is a genuine effort to reform and gow much is just a show. Emirates on the other hand made a progress, there economy doesn't stand on oil anymore.

  37. I think the reasons why Germany is not sending the tanks are purely geopolitical. Russia is a raw material base and a massive market for Germany. They don't want Russia to lose the war as they are hoping to do business with you in the future.

  38. Yes, Norway is going the right direction. It is an extremely lucky and rich country so they can afford the transition. They have oil, gas and other minerals, fish, timber, great tourist potential and massive hydroelectric potential which guarantees them cheap abundant energy. Other countries are not so lucky so the transition will take them longer. Germany is an example of country that goes completely wrong direction. They got rid of their nuclear plants because of scaremongering campaigns from NGOs (sponsored without a doubt by Russia and Oil and Gas lobby). Now the conflict in Ukraine showed their strategic vulnerability in dependence on Russian gas. Also the pollution and carbon footprint of Germany's energy sector is much higher than one of nuclear France.

  45. Great video. But you forgot to mention two important issues. 1. Russia may use weapons of mass destruction to prevent its breakdown, it is even part of their nuclear doctrine. 2. Some parts of Siberia and Far East are becoming increasingly more populated by ethnic Chinese. China may utilize the chaos of Russian collapse, in case one comes, and annex the new territory or at least, keep it in its sphere of interest.

  48. Absolutely! 👍 As a Czech person I agree. In 1938 Chamberlain and Daladiere sacrificed Sudetenland, a small region they thought was unimportant and not worth a conflict with Hitler. This small act of appeasement ultimately lead into the most destructive war in world's history. History has shown many times that policy of appeasement doesn't work. Czechoslovakia in 1938 was in precarious situation. Landlocked country surrounded by enemies from all sides with a massive pro-Hitler German minority within, majority in certain areas. Resistance would almost certainly be a defeat. Ukraine today is in much better position today. It has supply line from the at least from the West and is likely to keep Black Sea access, it has support of many countries in the world. Ukraine is familiar with its enemy, knows Russian thinking, strong sides and weaknesses. Also today's conflicts are resolved by technology not sheer numbers as it was the case in past. Chances of the Ukrainians are much higher. Europe and the US should be way tougher with Russia and don't allow this conflict to last for too long. 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦
