  4. As a Czech 🇨🇿 person I am a big fan of Intermarium, but for slightly different reasons than are mentioned in this video. 1. Protection of Eastern Europe and Scandinavia against Russia, that's the obvious purpose. 2. Secondly and more importantly, this should be a block of countries in opposition to tandem Germany - France and their domination of the EU. I personally consider EU's neomarxism and progressive liberalism as greater threat than Russia. The states in intermarium need to preserve their national characteristics, sovereignty, religion and traditional values like family. And they need to stand against multiculturalism and disillusion of traditional values and culture. 3. This blog should be also ready for military attack from The West, particularly from Germany. It seems impossible now but it can become a reality in case of economic downturn or social upheaval. 4. This block should also be completely detached from the EU and function as a separate entity. It is clear that ideologically the old EU and intermarium drift apart. Meritocracy vs socialism, traditionalism vs multiculturalism, anti- and pro-Russian sentiment. Intermarium should be both, a business partner and competition to the EU. 5. I am very unsure about membership of the United Kingdom, country that has historically proven itself to be extremely unreliable and sly partner. I also don't share big enthusiasm for membership of Ukraine. It is a country with orthodox tradition and historically part of Rus'. And definitely not Belarus for the same reasons. My prediction is that Ukraine will be partitioned into Russian and pro-Western sphere. Membership of the Western Ukraine is OK. 6. I absolutely 100% support the vision of creating unified defence, aviation, space and AI industry in the North - South axis. And strong corporation in energy sector.

  6.  @ThubanDraconis  Yes, the main purpose of the Moskva cruiser was demonstration of power. The exposed missiles look very impressive but they make the ship extremely vulnerable. Historically the Russians love to build impressive equipment with little or no military value. Like tsar puska, the biggest gun that was unable to fire, tsar bomba, the biggest atomic bomb which was so heavy it had no practical means of delivery, multi-turreted heavy tank T-35, which was only good for parades but useless in battle. Caspian Sea Monster ekranoplane. And the list goes on.

There are many nuclear plants operating inlands, even in completely landlocked countries. They use cooling water from rivers and reservoirs. Building a plant at sea level is only convenient as you don't have to build large and expensive cooling towers. Sea rises couple milimeters a years, it was 210 mm over last century. Hardly a technical problem. Building reactors below sea level is actually a benefit. They could be flooded by sea water in case of emergency to prevent meltdown.

  8. Carbon capture is a stupid idea. Oil is a finite resource, it makes no sense to waste it by running carbon capturing machinery. This process will be very energy demanding.

  13. To myself, a Czech person, this law seems absolutely fine and balaced. I think we desperately need similar law in our country. Foreign financed NGOs cause huge damage to our lovely country and Europe as a whole. They are bringing in neo-marxist / neocon / globalist ideology in a cloak of "liberal democracy". They diguise foreign and corporate interests as grassroots movement. They bring in large scale immigration , LGBT agenda, deindustialisation masked as fight against emissions. I cannot see how Russia can misuse this law, Russian NGOs would have same obligations as western NGOs.

I visited Georgia in late 1990s, it was a really poor decaying country then, but I was blown away by the Orthodox churches and monasteries, some of them thousand years old - Mtscheta, Kazbegi, David Gareji, they were really holy places of God. Don't let your cultural heritage being destroyed by progressive agenda of foreign powers and NGOs. I am Czech living in Ireland and I am witnessing the decline of this country. 20 years ago, it was predominantly Catholic country populated by Irish people, not overly rich but prosperous and happy. Now all the multinational companies moved to Dublin and brought the rubbish lgbt culture with them. Irish own less and less of their own country, more and more illegal immigrants are coming to here, Christianity is in decline, kids are being brainwashed in schools with progressive curriculum. Ireland is on paper the richest country in Europe per capita, but all that wealth is highly centralised in the Dublin tech sector. The rest of the country is struggling to keep up with the evergrowing bills. Homelessness is rising. Georgia is in similar situation, it's only tiny country of few million on geopolitical chessboard of superpowers. Once you surrenderer your sovereignty to the NGO mafia, you will lose everything and you will never get it back.

  15.  @Quickshot0  None of these technologies are ready for commercial usage, except electric cars. Even vans are a problem. Today's batteries don't have sufficient capacity. Further research in batteries or supercapacitors is needed. Recharging is also a problem, to recharge an electric truck quickly you need large capacity charger 500 - 1000 kW or more. Charging only ten trucks would require 5 - 10 MW of power, strong very high voltage lines on every charging point. Hydrogen may be way forward but it presents many challenges. It is difficult to compress and store, and it's highly explosive. Planes are more likely to use synthetic methane or similar fuel. I can also see this as a way to power trucks and large machinery. Either way, the world needs a primary source of energy to power all these techs. Current renewables won't be enough, research is needed in nuclear fission and fusion, deep drilling to harness geothermal energy, solar energy on geostationary orbit, etc.

  23. Age doesn't matter, F-16 is still very capable plane. And with modern avionics and weapons it will be deadly. Mig-29 is capable, but very demanding on maintenance. It is a nightmare to work on, the engines don't last very long on it and require extensive regular maintenance.

  27. I think the main reason why people vote for populists like in Hungary is EU elite's total detachment from real problems. Lack of affordable housing, illegal immigration, technical norms and legislation tailored to German manufacturers to minimize competition, imports of heavily subsidized food products that ruins local agriculture.... Instead of that Brussels is preoccupied with problems like how to convert toilets in university campuses so transgender students can wee in peace.

  28. Carrying capacity can be (and is already) greatly extended through technology. The Earth can only bear units or low tens of millions of hunter-gatherers. Today's enormous population of 8 bn is only possible thanks to industrial agriculture. High yield varieties, fertilizers, pesticides, use of diesel powered agricultural machinery, massive storage and ocean shipping of goods. Also modern healthcare, vaccination, hygiene and use of abundant cheap energy. If any of these support is removed, good population will be in trouble.

  32. Germany is declining under socialist governments. It is home to some world's best engineers, prestigious universities and well established industrial base. The left is killing the country, the car industry, German economic stronghold. It is destroying German energy security and creating dependence on Russian gas by implementing Green Deal that is based on feelings but not technicalities. Von der Leyen is the defence minister completely destroyed Bundeswehr. Germans need some decisive shift in policy as regards nuclear energy, defence and NATO membership, immigration etc.

Gripen fighters are possibly less capable than F-35 in certain areas, but they are produced in Europe and have some unique abilities like to use improvised airfields. Roosevelt had no option than to do a deal with Stalin and divide Europe into spheres of interests. Soviet union was on the winning side with the allies, with a great loss of 20M men. Did you expect them to go home empty handed? Don't be so naive! Unfortunately we in Eastern Europe fell into the wrong sphere of interest and experienced 40 years of mayhem and decay under the rule of the Soviet drunkards. Americans did for Europe more than anyone else, fought two world wars, created Marshall plan and new world order. Finland is an example of country country that fought fiercely against the Soviets with great losses but never became communist despite the enormous pressure.

No other country possesses navy of that scale and this gives the US monopole similar to that Great Britain enjoyed in 18th century. Cons: 6. Loss of faith and value crisis. More and more Americans have "I can't be bothered attitude" or they hate their country and it's founding values. Instead of trying to reform and solve its problems they try to actively bring it down. Left wing media constantly exaggerate America's problems, labeling it as racist, bigot, bla bla bla. But this narrative is now widespread and taught in schools and only will get worse. No other country in the world has the ability to defeat US. There are only three possible scenarios how the the US could be challenged and existentially threated. a. New superower emerging on Eurasian continent. Not likely, the US won't allow it to happen. b. Attack by a strong decentralised group, Al Quaida style. Not likely. c. Collapse from inside, civil war, large scale unrests, economic collapse. Quite likely.

  45. 👍👍👍 It makes no sense to use diluted nuclear energy (solar, wind, hydro) if you can use concentrated nuclear energy (fission plants and fusion plants in future). So cold Renewables are a huge waste of resources (metals, rare earth, silicate sand), except for special circumstances
