  45. What we need is properly targeted taxation. There is money in the economy, but it is stale and stagnant, sat in property and offshore accounts that won't grow the economy I won't pretend it's an easy fix, but it's the only fix. Get that wealth moving and productive and we'll see recovery start to happen. While the money is allowed to stagnate then the economy will stagnate too
