  1. I guess we won't be seeing a shakshuka recipe from Adam 16:10. Penzey's is based in Milwaukee. Salt at 1% by weight for optimum general seasoning--for meats, pasta water, but veggies vary more widely. Panko is crispy because the starches are gelatinized.
