  1. Thanks, Adam. This is a pretty important video. I cook at home because it is fun, I like to explore other cuisines, to experiment (I just learned how to make cream cheese in 5 minute from Refika's channel), and I don't trust restaurants to use quality, mostly organic, ingredients.
