  34. The horizon is spinning, camera has internal mirror to "derotate" the spinning. This causes horizon to appear stable, but the smear (like astigmatism) spins. The pilots are not used to these smears.

It was seized by Russian troops and a referendum held at gunpoint. Certainly you saw the 2022 referenda in Ukraine with empty ballots being tallied as "Yes", right?
