And what's worst for them, 60 % is exporting of oil, gas and coal, no value adding industries to speak of. They believe Asia will jump in. The EU has 10 times the GDP of Russia. Every day of war costs USD 950 million. Who would last longer? But they have told Russian people that Russia is self-sufficient. The next new car announced by Lada has no ABS, no catalyser, no seatbelt tensioners, no airbags. The next generation then will be a la Fred Flintstone, driven by feet.

And with regard to helping poorer countries, how about holding the pharma giants more responsible? And what about all multinationals?
