Trump is pushing Hamas to come to the negotiating table to get a lasting peace. If Kamala was there t hey would still be fighting.

@Cartoonwatch11 No, he did not say that. All the individuals on the extradition list that filled the legal requirements for extradition to Turkey has already been extradited long time ago. The ones left on Turkey's list of 33? Individuals have not been proved to be criminals or involved in terrorist activities. Those are the people he said he hoped was not promised to be extradited. IF Turkey can provide evidence so it can be proved in a Swedish or Finish court that these individuals are indeed terrorists then yes they will be extradited. So far most of Turkey's list is just Erdogan saying: "trust me br0" which is enough in Turkey but obviously Sweden and Finland needs proof and evidence before going through with extraditions. There are laws and regulations for extraditions for both Sweden and Finland and there is also EU legislation in the matter to consider.

@jupiterbirlesikgezegenleri9884 No, Sweden promised to "look into it" when reworking it's terrorist laws which it was set to do this year even before the NATO application. They never said they would change it and they didn't say which part it would change just that it they will look into it. As what that means we have to wait and see what changes they make and if it has anything to do with Turkey or not.

European here, I'd very much prefer Trump. Even without the US Europe is more than enough to stop Russia. Russia cannot even take on Ukraine, imagine adding Germany, France or the UK to the equation?
1
@Polo-rn8ly LOL you should have seen what happened to the Swedish Embassy after the Burning of the Qur'an in Turkey... maybe we should ask Turkey to extradite those Turkish nationals too?
1
Not a war crime to talk. Not very likely he will actually go through with it, just a negotiating tactic.
1
Can't compare Afghanistan to Gaza, Afghanistan is a biiig biiig country. Gaza is a small strip of land.
1
Well you can thank Putin for that, that's what happens when you invade, your neighbors are starting to wonder if they are next.
1
Of course they do, Saudi and Jordan shoot down Iranian rockets. It's pretty simple Sunni and Shia hate is stronger than hate for Israel.
1
It's a tourist visa ban Russians are free to come study and work like everyone else this would only be for holiday goers.
1
If you are expecting UN to do sth useful I would not hold my breath. Useless org.
1
US and Israel are allies. Friends help each other.
1
@yagzefeduman4331 Don't worry it will be better once he is gone.
1
Tucker is pretty cool but even he cannot be right all the time.
1
They will say please stop while discretely sending billions to Israel and secretly hoping Iran will implode.
1
@Peyp59 It is, other than Canada and the US only European nations are allowed to join.
1
Why would you live in the US if you are pro-Palestine. Palestine is not recognized by the US.
1
If it happens they will, won't happen though just a move to make Hamas negotiate a better deal for Israel. Just like US would never put tariffs on Canada and Mexico or Panama, just putting pressure on them to make a deal.
1
Erdogan was playing bazaar for a long time.
1
I think you would need to wait until he actually does what he said for it to be against international law. Just saying he will do it to make Hamas come to the negotiating table is not against international law. Very unlikely the US will take control of Gaza, it's totally useless piece of land in American eyes.
1
Like most Arab nations in the area, they got oil they are rich. No oil = poverty. Egypt has no oil so they are poor. The rich nations will turn poor once the oil runs out or the world stops using oil.
1
@mickusrobertson9534 Correction. Polls showed 78% of Finns supported joining NATO shortly before they became a member. Sweden had 68% that were positive to NATO membership. So yeah you are quite ignorant to claim it's just "leaders" that want this when this has popular support. Who are you to come and tell others in a different country what's good for them, you have no clue who they are, what they think and what considerations they make. The fact that you did not even know there's popular support for NATO in these countries shows how little you know about the Newest NATO members. Let people in other countries decide what their nation should and should not do and focus on your home country instead.
1
I will take a strong American arms industry any day over being ruled over by Russia. Thank you very much.
1
Well bad things happen when you start wars, especially when you lose them. Has consequences.
1
@YonatanLidar The US will not take Gaza, just pushing Hamas to negotiate that is all. Just like the US was never going to put tariffs on Mexico and Canada. Just pushing them to negotiate.
1
@GetUnrealistic No problem Even if the EU would fracture tomorrow and lose 200 years of progress they would still be 600 years ahead of the Middle East.
1
@chrismtb5193 Bad news for Russia and it's allies. Good news for the west and particularly Sweden and Finland.
1
@birkangurel1327 Stop spreading misinformation there has been no such promises about YPG PYD and FETO. YPG are both EU and US allies. The arms embargo has been lifted yes. Nothing else has changed.
1
Sure, we are not Erdogan's private police force chasing down all his political opponents though to secure him power for life. That's a matter tied to Erdogan not Turkey.
1
@izajahmed8863 I guess about the same time as you guys started to marry children?
1
@AB-no7pd At the end of the day Turkey got guns and a promise to take their terrorist concerns seriously. Non of the individuals on Erdogans extradition list is being sent over. More than likely Erdogan had made a secret deal with someone because he really did not get much from Sweden and Finland.
1
@ryuuguu01 No need, their home is in Israel and they ain't moving anywhere.
1
let's just wait until he actually takes Gaza. I doubt it will happen, just a tactic to get Hamas to negotiate. Just like Canada, Mexico, Panama and Colombia made a deal when he said tariffs.
1
There is nothing of value in Gaza, main source of income is foreign aid.
1
LOL at least we can eat them for thanksgiving. Always good with emergency food supply.
1
150 people get killed by ISIS terror attacks each year in the US?
1
Everyone is a potential target for expansion for Russia anyway. They won't be missing out much from Russia anyway. 1% of Swedish Energy came from Russia, they have nothing Sweden need anyway.
1
@ehatipo4598 This has nothing to do with terrorism Erdogan agreed even though his "terrorist list" of 33 people to be sent to Turkey was refused. He got weapons and that was pretty much it. Probably all he wanted all along.
1
@gurcuball6193 YPG is not a terrorist organization in the EU and is an ally of EU and the US in their fight against ISIS. The whole of EU supports YPG and so does the US, that's a fact.
1
California, the richest US state? Gaza produce nothing, their main source of income is foreign aid.
1
Cannot see it being a thing, China just updated its maps and it includes parts of India, which is a BRICS country but now also Russia. You expect these countries to co-operate with each other when they are fighting over territory? Don't be fooled they are keeping up a good face but as soon as things come crumbling down see how friendly they are against each other.
1
@dantepr1566 Erdogan is Erdogan he is pretty much a one man show in Turkey, I am sure if he wants to withdraw his signature he could do so within 5 minutes. The Turkish parliament is only there for show, Erdogan is the one deciding what they should and shouldn't do.
1
Pretty simple, the leaders know that their countries benefit a lot more being friendly with Israel as it is a western ally and the EU and US markets is a huge chunk of the world economy and it's very beneficial to be on friendly terms. There is nothing to gain being hostile against Israel but a lot to gain to co-operate. Also there is the whole Shia - Sunni conflict going on, the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Truth that some don't want to admit is that some Sunni and Shia hate each other more than they hate Israel. Saudi Arabia will gladly co-operate with Israel if it leads to the Downfall of their arch rival Iran. Iran is Shia, Saudi Sunni.
1
Yep aperantly the claim is this is what "occupied" countries do. I wonder how many tunnels and rockets Japan and Germany had and shot for all those decades they were ocuupied after ww2. Oh right, none. Turns out being civilized rewarded them with their freedom.
1
Russia ready for what? Losing more territory to another smaller nation?
1
PYD and YPG are not labeled as terrorists by the US or EU - stop spreading lies and misinformation. Turkey wants everyone to label YPG and PYD as terrorists so they can justify their war on their Kurdish population. Alas the rest of the world can see through it.
1
Very few people outside the Middle East cares.
1
@abadairshi That's because Erdogan sees terrorists wherever he goes, at this point it wouldn't surprise me if he ends up calling half the world's population terrorist the way he is going.
1
The only tourism they get from Russia are Russian spies.
1
Who cares? Who the US recognizes is all that matters. They are the big dog of the block whatever they say goes.
