  37.  @qman8816  The new Russian aircraft are probably pretty good but pilots lack of training and probably lack of PGMs, (so forced to use dumb munitions that they cant use effectively due to no targeting pods) ....hence why we not seeing them in Ukraine where they SHOULD have total domination.... and lets thrown in bad communications... so blue on blue ! ..So personally no , I don't think they have a good air force at all.
