  18.  @Luorawetlan  60% of Russia uninhabitable , the main population is all on the Norther Plain , its a much easier target than europe and then all of the US , you also fail to remember that NATO / US have more active in service nuclear weapons at this time , Russias are stockpiled , and the cost of servicing the nuclear arsenal makes you wonder if the numbers are actually true of Russia weapons ! Also into consideration is that the US has a 2.6% launch failure compared to Russia's 80% failure !
