lol the present philippine government's idea of managing streets is to wreck streets every now and then to tweak some piping and fix it up again just so politicians can corrupt the money used to do that again and again
22
my goodness lol, Binondo = Manila Chinatown because Binondo itself is one of the districts inside the City of Manila which is also within Metro Manila. it was established first in the Parian de Arroceros just outside Intramuros which was the OG Manila. all of the above are inside Manila which was part of Spanish Philippines which was part of the Spanish East Indies which was part of the Spanish Empire, so all of which were technically under Spain lol. these days actually among chinese filipinos like me, my siblings and parents who grew up in Binondo Chinatown more familiarly call binondo as "Ongpin" because the main street in binondo is Ongpin Street, which during spanish colonial times the street was known as Calle Sacristia, as even Jose Rizal writes about it cuz he himself is a 5th generation chinese filipino who fondly remembers walking through that same street to see his lover. btw yesterday i was just walking through binondo chinatown lol

wow these jewish tricks are quite clever. no wonder they the ones in the bible. smartest fish in the pond

the problem really is with this subject matter is that theres not a lot to measure and control here with much of the ambiguity hence you really can't acceptably prove anything so anything supposedly that science supposedly tries to cling to would just be false positives that it can measure and control but the paranormal itself is the very definition of something outside the scientific method
10
does that mean the factories in china can now shift to other countries
9
ironic cuz in the netherlands, they actually built polders and drained swamps to conquer the waters, yet they simply retreated in jakarta
8
silly american. u only think that way because you dont hear the R very much. its kinda a little silent but no less there
7
why not all of the above?
7
@jeffersonclippership2588 no, the written world is half the reality. if you mostly only read what filipinos write online, you will surely mostly see english, because in the philippines, we realistically write most formal/proper things in english. tagalog written formally (usually known as "Filipino") also exists but its not done very often these days. tagalog spoken and typed in chat, texting, social media is often informal. if u saw a good amount of tagalog in reddit past informal wordings, it just goes to show the increasing emergence of tagalog even on the net. the many other languages in the philippines dont get to say the same.

then burn the woods and snort it all up huehuehue

Elijah wood its funny when i went to work in a government desk job for a national service program in my university, there were quite a good amount of people younger than me who were coming from working in a fast food place like mcdonalds lol
5
dont worry, the natives of the US are mostly dead so the old original inhabitants have been thoroughly shut up already, but the original owners of these artifacts are still alive and prominent in their countries to cause a ruckus
4
i always wanted my desktop wallpaper to be an animated hologram map of the world with accurate time spinning and weather clouds but there just isnt one i can find out in the internet
4
@Benzknees in my country and city, walking through city streets, you'd just be smelling car smoke or smoke from someone's grill or fire seeping into windows or some such. in busy streets during mornings, the skies alway turn slightly grayish with smog from all the cars. ive visited some cities in china too like hk before and the smog makes the distant horizon like its some misty legendary place lol
4
wait, is this another american politics video?
4
@catcastle4377 yes, US also has many artifacts and documents kept in their libraries. for example, the Boxer Codex and Golden Tara statue are kept by some university libraries in the US instead of our top university archives in ph. these are all artifacts and documents found during american period years, whereas those found in recent decades, we all have it in archives and libraries of top universities in metro manila like upd, admu, dlsu, ust archives

well if someone dug it up and then died then others around would take note that he died so lets get out of here

nope its not just an american thing. in my country in southeast asia, its also dying cause its not practical to read essays and tests with cursive where most would struggle and produce a forced hard to read cursive. here, you are usually first taught a clear printed alphabet of letters then taught cursive if there ever is a class for it. the established letter in mind means that printed is the standard and cursive is just that second writing system that takes up room in mind just because it supposedly looks pretty and some to prefer to being fast. its not always fast and pretty plus mostly unreadable so people opt for print
1
so in short economically implausible and environmentally damaging
1
because the aesthetic before was to look epic and serious rather than what they would perceive people smiling as goofy
1
the simple answer is to give meaning to whatever it is you're memorizing. the reason most of the time we forget is because our mind finds it currently redundant to keep the memory so if you give important meaning to it like how our semantic network works in our minds, then its easier to memorize.
1
how sad for US and china who both have their own intentions and plans to clash beside a poor defenseless country
1
in my country, there seems to always not be enough parking. thats why theres a lot of basement parking and parking buildings

america getting their graduates to enter the imperial america's work force since 1901
1
whats astronaut ice cream? its only this video where i know of this.
1
problem with cursive is a lot of times. its unreadable and not always pretty. its fine if you think you're writing something fast that only you will read it anyway but if its a matter of needing someone else to understand it like essays, that essay needs to be proper in its cursive to be viable to use.
1
isnt vaccine the pacified form of the bacteria or virus
