  6. its just cause theres a lot of inactive time riding transport in heavy traffic. if your mind is always active and on the go like with walking, cycling, or what not, you'd not have time to think of how grueling it is. if you're always preoccupied in something nice to do in your mind while stuck somewhere not doing anything but sitting, you wont be thinking about how grueling it is.

  21. lol here they make cemented coffins above ground in set amount of space that can also look like small house. they make buildings out of these so i guess we never do bury here. it takes up space too but if buildings are made, it can take up space vertically too. of course, there are buildings too filled with bookshelf like ash graves stacked in multi story buildings

Countries where the main sport is way something else usually see soccer as not a big priority. my country(not the US) focuses alot on basketball but then only thought few years back to maybe have a soccer team so we just took a bunch of half blooded kids of our country who grew up playing soccer in another country to play the team but those kids arent really familiar much with our country cuz they didnt grew up here nor live here so people here also dont have much interest in that team besides saying that it exists

  31. why ukraine cant institute the no-fly zone themselves? theyre already at war. this is just a call for aid from them requesting for air support from other countries not part of the war. they can set a national no-fly zone, but an international no-fly zone is basically a call to others to join them in the war

  33. lol the preference for lighter skin is just a sort of tendency to associate darker skin as more dirty and squalid. people can try to change the behaviors about this but there will always be people who will want to change their skin tone
