@Uncanny_Mountain "Never seen a Westerner suggest a practical solution to the political quagmire": So what solutions do Easterners suggest?
5
@FlawlesslyFullOfShit : Considering that we are forced to pay thousands of dollars every month (in advance no less !!!) for maybe having a chance with the healthcare algorithm and being covered,y yes we absolutely have a right to healthcare!! We already paid for it for decades in advance.
5
Just say 'ca[pita]lism', which is what it really is.
5
@Burn_Slow "It’s basically a protest vote yeah.": What's the point? Do you really believe the êlítè cares about your hurt fee fees? If neither of the two parties (ruling and opposition) can get your vote, you are practically irrelevant to them. Do you not understand how politics in a two party system work?
5
@Justanothermusicnerdxo " “there is no universal understanding of truth” ": This is actually a bad faith argument and a strawman, too, because you are trying to attribute a quote to me which in never even said, lmfao, and then you are trying to beat an argument I didn't make. "that does nothing to further any discussion anywhere": Exactly. Take your own advice then and stop putting words in my mouth. Other people can literally see for themselves what I wrote and they can objectively tell that it wasn't that. Why? Because "universal understanding" is irrelevant to the truth. To use gravity as an example again: It doesn't matter whether you understand gravity or how it works, it still applies to you (just like it does the rest of us). That's objectivity. Gravity doesn't differentiate between whether you're a human or an animal, plant or whatever and it doesn't care whether you understand it completely, not at all or anything and everything in between. It would behoove you to stick to the epirical facts instead of human jurisdition and feelings.
4
@andrew : Not really: They are the party of "law and order", which also explains why they are trying to deport a US citizen and veteran, who has never been in any other country except for military service.
4
@Uncanny_Mountain Do you mean that as an Occupy Wallstreet 2.0?
4
Please vote for democracy if you are an American citizen.
4
"And we the voters have become serfs": Y'all were serfs even before. In fact you've never stopped being so.
4
Two words : Jordan Neely.
4
Where have you been since Trump learned to talk? He's been blaming China ever since.
4
"the best and most respected company ever, Boeing. Now, it is reduced to a laughing stock": Boeing did this to themselves. The managers and bosses got so greedy, they didn't just merge with McDonnel Douglas, they handed the entire company over to the other bosses.
4
@blueyandicy Yes, and there has also never been a group of powerless, weak and or poor people being considered a dynasty.
4
@rlud304 : We're not talking about his private life. Stick to the topic.
4
"nobody should influence you on who to vote for" + "Please vote for Trump": Sorry, I don't listen to hypôcrìtés like you.
4
100% agreed. You are telling facts. Voting blue all the way. A vote for Dems is a vote for democracy.
4
and you sound like a sad troll, @nolan.
4
Landlords shouldn't exist in the first place! Heck, even people like Adam Smith, who most consider to be the father of capitalism, was against them and for a good reason. People who make more than just one living off of other people's misery shouldn't be allowed to benefit from taxpayer money, subsidies and so much more. Landlords make life miserable for everyone.
4
"i think it's a bit ironic that you're asking us to appeal to the humanity of right wingers": I think "ironic" is the wrong word, because as a woman Leeja is in no way on top of the human hierarchy. The question is: What else could we do other than ease / pave the way towards science and truth for right wingers? Leaving them alone doesn't help us, either, because they are in charge of politics and policy-making.
4
Class has no race... There is only the working class and the owner class.
4
No sush thing as a middle ground between capitalism and communism. Those two are diametrically opposed. Capitalism serves the already plenty rich owner class, whereas communism prefers the working class, because they are the ones getting the job done and they deserve not only the proper pay for it, they also deserve to own the means of productions: machines, robots, AI, and many more.
4
Also: No health benefits... :-/
4
@Justanothermusicnerdxo Wow, you either didn't properly read or understand my post. Calling something a "bad faith argument" when it's inconvenient to your narrative just proves that you have no clue what science and objectivity eveen mean. "to say what the law states, without implication.": Again! You can't, because the law itself isn't objective and neither is you or any other person on the planet (trying to) interpret it.
3
Voting for anybody except either Trump or Biden is a waste of both the vote and the person's time. You'll get the same result by just not voting at all or just writing a silly messege on the ballot. What's the point?
3
You do realize that nobody needs to do push ups to operate guns or flame throwers? (and many other things that YT won't let me spell lest I get cancelled again) Modern warfare doesn't require humans to move anything bt their hands. What are you trying to prove here?
3
@lovethesweetrosesofreality4418 "someone who is supposed to be representing as a journalist to clearly show her biasm": Are you talking about Leeja herself? She's a lawyer, not a journalist. She isn't biased, she's explains legal implications. "every source is sketch you don't know where the statistics come from you don't know how accurate the statistics are": You need to read the study then. Instead what you are doing is playing purposefully ignorant, which is a decision you make for yourself (just to be clear). Nobody is forcing you to be ignorant.
3
@JohnBrown-pq9tj "Vote them out then.": Again, John. You can't! Nowadays there is no way in any western country of "voting somebody out" as you call it. All any voter can do is vote somebody else in, which is still very problematic, because the capitalists in power alone decide who we the people as voters get to choose from and that isn't a choice to begin with.
3
Not for him, just for the rest of us, lol.
3
Keep doing what you are doing. You are saving not only those men's lives, but also the lives of the women in those men's lives.
3
It's not that "simple". All religions have blood on thier hands.
3
That party is called the Revolutionary Communists. Everyone else is just playing with you like you're a pawn.
3
@robertelder: Yes. HOWEVER, killing innocent and non-violent people isn't a human right.
3
"in today's world, we have unlimited circuses, but bread is hard to acquire.". This is sadly a great quote...
3
You're 100% correct. Unfortunately the red scare has gotten a lot stronger and working class people are still too timid to fight for their rights.
3
@psilocybemusashi : You are victim blaming here. Put the blame where it belongs! With the parents who bring kids into this world and then just opt out of parenting.
3
@Jayfire "RFK is actually reasonable": He's not. He's a little less horrible than Trump. The only thing he's got going for him is his name. I wish I were also a part of the "lucky sp€rm club".
3
@MagicBus-ct7fe "just leave Texas": So instead of being given basic human rights, we should all just leave?
3
Okay, but that's not Leeja's fault. Why are you attacking her as opposed to actual law makers or representatives?
3
@CraigKeidel "Sounds like maybe we need to organize": I do. Do you?
3
"a right through viability": What do you mean by that?
3
and also the slowest...
3
If only all of those manosphere men realized that capitalists are in control of everything and are oppressing them. Women have little to no power. Heck, in most countries they don't even get to control their own bodies.
2
? Humans made those decisions, they can be changed at any time in any place.
2
Pharmaceutical costs are only outta control in the US. In other western countries medication is comparatively cheap. Also, if the medication is necessary for the survival of a human, (like insulin for diabetics) it is entirely free.
2
@lovethesweetrosesofreality4418 I love when Yt keeps deleting my comments. Anyway, Leeja is not a journalist, she's a lawyer. She's telling you (in this video) how policies impact laws. She is not biased.
2
Graduate and then leave
2
@MsPoliteRants "ignoring them" won't stop them from making policies based on their cherry-picked believes and imaginary friends.
2
You have to work and vote for sanity then.
2
@patrickmcpartland1398 I'm pretty sure K pop boys / men aren't allowed public relationships, either, as long as they are a member of a group.
2
What exactly would be "worth voting for"?
