  21.  @alexisjuillard4816  By treaty, Turkey will stop the delivery of any navel equipment into the Black Sea. Also, NATO isn't going to waste resources building a Ukraine navy when Ukraine's advantages belong to their land forces. Even if supplying a giant amphibious force was possible, it would take time to build up, and it would be impossible to keep hidden. That means the Russians could build up those defenses later instead of when they should be using those resources up north with a Ukraine counter offensive around the corner.

Plus, Russian defense countries only turn a profit on exports, so using it for the Russian military doesn't really fit your conspiracy.
