I had three spam calls from India before this video even finished.

As an American, I'm all for the UK subsidizing American companies.

"Rich Dad, Poor Dad" is a great book for people who have very little financial literacy. You can't imagine how disappointed I was when I found the rest of Kiyosaki's books are worth less than the paper they were printed on.

Between Musk and Trump, this will be a golden era of nonsensical economic policy and white collar crime.

Why anyone would invest in Turkey after Erodgan said God told him that inflation would be reduced by lowering interest rates is beyond my understanding.

Milei, "I use to be a fan of Coffeezilla until..."

@jamm8284 The other way around. China national, but mostly local, governments pay huge subsidies to have manufacturers set up in China.
51
@bennynguyen176 He has two books on "Network Marketing" that every pyramid scheme gives out to trick naive people into thinking Multi Level Marketing works. His other business advice usually involves getting as many investors as possible, and then pretty much gamble with their money.
51
You should attribute the quote to it's source (Coffeezilla)

@BUSI_88 Kevin O'Leary is more Kardashian than Buffet. His "brand" gets him generous deals that are low risk for himself. The money from those deals help fund his gambling on the stock market.
29
@jamm8284 I have a feeling you don't know how subsidies work.
28
This is why hybrids are better
27
Which Argentina currency crisis? They have have a economy crisis ever few years.
22
To be fair, Jack was right about the beans being magic even though everyone ridiculed him. Somehow people keep making money on cryptocurrency even though it is useless as a currency and has zero intrinsic value. Long story short: Nothing makes sense anymore.
16
@TisDana You are right. Poverty in sub -Sahara Africa and downtown Los Angeles are exactly the same. The American poor also don't have access to clean water, free phones, free food, free healthcare, and direct cash payments from the government. 🙄
15
Justice Thomas is for sale.
15
We know the Daily Upside won't lose all our money. Great Sponsor, Patrick 👍

“My dad said he listened to Matt Damon and lost all his money.” - Craig from South Park
15
@BeaHindebars Cars are difficult to light on fire. The issue is the dry vegetation and strong wind.
15
Military spending gives Americans a technological edge in several industries, close bonds with our trade partners, and a deterrence to our rivals to interfere with our economic interests.
13
Africa poverty struggles to find enough food. Meanwhile, the majority of America food stamp recipients are overweight or obese.
12
@tomasviane3844 You don't need to live in Latin America to know about all the inflation crisises and IMF bailouts
11
With a globalized economy, that isn't a big deal as long as economy is run well.
11
@ItalianJew With a trillion dollar yearly budget and multiple levels of classification that make it difficult for accountants to get information about certain line items without a conversation with a select few generals and admirals, it makes sense that the Pentagon has difficulty running an audit. There literally isn't a comparable organization in the world.

Patrick is my favorite source for news about rap artists and wood nymphs.
9
Egypt sounds like a teen who uses a credit card just to build a credit score.
9
After all these "financial YouTubers" sold us FTX, I am only subscribing to Patrick Boyle and "Half Donut".
9
The Streisand effect might be involved, too. Youth unemployment seems more important to investors only after the government tried to cover up the numbers.
8
@jamm8284 If you give a homeless person a sandwich, then that person will have more money to buy crack instead of food. Therefore, you bought crack for the homeless. Same logic.
8
@antonmorozov5193 It goes both ways. No one wants to loan to a bad creditor who defaults on their debt, and I imagine few want to do business with banks who give out predatory loans. It would be smart for both sides to protect their reputations.
7
@kitatit To put "debt for assets" in context", Kiyosaki has been in bankruptcy more than Trump.
7
@Mighty_Atheismo Is 32 a boomer? I worked at a grocery store to put myself through college. People who use SNAP always had money for cigarettes, alcohol, and lottery tickets. It also seemed like they all had nicer smart phones than me, and they all arrived to the store in a car. What Americans call "poor" is just below the medium income.
6
Except, US military spending never declines during peacetime. Only priorities in the military budget change
6
No Kevin O'Leary reference?
6
20% of the global economy, 2nd biggest exporter, unparalleled military power, and dominance of important sectors like technology and finance -- there isn't an economy that could replace the US dollar
6
Yes, technological developments from military spending like the internet, jet engines, and GPS have been "disgusting."
6
This is the same Eisenhower who championed nuclear brinkmanship.
6
They couldn't delete the AI Boyle that has been badmouthing the prince.
5
Trump's new plan is to get rid of income and payroll taxes, and just tariff our way to prosperity. Even people who are here for the rap content, know this is just bad economics.
5
The best part is that he isn't selling us a masterclass, MLM, crypto, or NFT like many of the other "financial experts" on YouTube.
5
@flaviusjustinianus It probably has more to do with these scammers not learning how to speak German. English speakers are just a bigger market. It only takes one hack to get your information.
5
#1 in intellectual property theft
5
@doyouwanttogivemelekiss3097 What crime did he commit?
5
@jamm8284 It's a stretch to claim that Apple is giving US subsidies to manufacture in China because California pays to set up massive headquarters in the Bay Area to work on engineering and marketing.
5
I mostly watch for the stories on rap artists and wood nymphs.
4
The guy who called Trump "Hit-ler" and a "Rap-ist" is his VP, while Trump's former VP says he is unfit for office. What is going on in America?
4
Risk tolerance, discretionary spending, age, etc. should change your decisions. Frankly, not everyone should be investing at all. If your income is low, education could be a better investment, while people with high debt could be better off paying down debt first.
4
@haben79 High interests on a small principle is still affordable. I imagine the bonds sold to hedge funds were relatively small.
4
This still my favorite channel about rap and one of my favorite channels about finance.
4
@johnsmith1474 It's a joke. Keep your prejudices to yourself.
