Boeing planes are having difficulty in America, where parts are readily available. Imagine being on a Russian airliner.

Gerrymandering: When politicians pick voters instead of the other way around.

I still can't get over how almost 1% of South Korea's GDP is K-Pop.

Europe needs to hold their own weight within NATO. Most members cut military budgets and then ask the US to spend more money to protect them.

Don't let Moscow Marge let Russia win!
46
Does the Cultural Revolution not count as a failure?
45
@4lyfMotorhead Semantics. If they didn't follow Soviet instructions, then the Soviet tanks role in.
44
Russian strategy: Brute force and war crimes
42
The secularist have had coups in Turkey before and actually stabilized the economy. Turkey is the only country in the world where military coups don't produce more uncertainty than the actual government. FWI: I'm not endorsing a coup. I just find Turkey to be unusual in this regard.
41
Just consider yourself lucky for not having a border with Mexico.
38
@inesis The hypocrisy is that Germany won't sanction Russia, because they want cheap fossil fuels from Russia.
37
Maybe. China is an example that people will choose willful ignorance as long as their standards of living improve.
36
Belarus has sleeper cells trained by by Belarus' ex-army officers in Poland, and there is a brigade of experienced veterans fighting Russia in Ukraine. The Lukashenko knows he could light a powered keg if he joins Russia's war or gets annexed into Russia.

Annoying Democrats: It's Trump Annoying Republicans: It's Biden

Here comes the Russian trolls.
35
I love how Grant pokes fun of himself with #BringBackSimon

Red tape is ridiculous in India. The same people who can't start a business in India become millionaires in America.
32
Russia is taking a big risk if it wants to play this game. Their citizens are poorer and more corrupt, so therefore easier to bribe to sabotage Russia.
32
"You Either Die A Hero, Or You Live Long Enough To See Yourself Become The Villain" After the war ends, Zelenskyy needs to give up his war powers for Ukraine to truly continue as a democracy. Hopefully, he is one of the few willing to do so.
29
It's Winnie the Pooh. Pooh is pronounced like the pile of 💩 he is.
29
Fun fact: There were gay people before the creation of the covid vaccine
27
Let's look at your examples: *Buying blackmarket parts and using third party mechanics to service their jets cost significantly more than just buying parts from the manufacturer. *Buying washing machines to get computer chips means Russia has to pay a cut to a shady middleman and they have to buy an entire washing machine just for a single part. That means every chip they need costs way more money. Sanctions don't stop trade, but they make it ridiculously expensive.
26
@tengkualiff it is a terrible assault on the ears tbh
25
The BRICs currency would be a 2008 Greece Eurocrisis over and over again. Russia, Brazil, and South Africa aren't financially responsible enough to not bring down the system.
24
The conspiracies about him are so crazy that I sometimes forget that he is a real person.
22
@Kabutoes North Korea has a whole generation of rule breakers. Those who refused to break the rules during the 90s famine starved and died.
22
@scratchy996 Eastern Europe still has cheaper labor than Western Europe, and many countries have highly educated workers. There are many issues using them for near shoring, but I wouldn't just dismiss the idea completely.

@januszkraus7785 That is a bad example, because Poland and the UK pull their fair share.
21
In Biden's America, the border is open and citizenship is given to people who enter illegally. As you can imagine, issues arise.

Luckily the elderly make poor soldiers

Socialism where big hearts meet smooth brains.

The Kremlin actually pays English speaking Russians to troll and spread misinformation.
19
Short answer: No
19
I agree. As an American, I'm tired of hearing about America.
18
@YungSeti 1) Pakistan. The US supports India's rival due Pakistan's place in the Cold War and the War on Terror. 2) India overly devoted to neutrality which is a hurtle America when it tries to sanction human right violators.
18
Dan2314 Wonderluck No human rights organization has ever said that locking up criminals is a human right violation unless they do so without due process. Unlike in China and Russia, no government body can put in America you in prison without due process. All the war stuff is the same false propaganda that Chinese/Russian trolls plaster all over the internet without any proof or examples. It is also sad that these countries feel justified victimizing their own people by saying "well'l, America is bad too".
18
Keynesian monetary policy is a successful policy, because it actually puts the hurt on during the good times. Keynesian fiscal policy seems to only be popular among liberals during recessions and then never mentioned again when the economy recovers.
17
An attack on NATO peacekeepers could trigger an Article 5 response from NATO. Due to geography and losses in Ukraine, Russia doesn't have the capability to come to Serbia's defense even if they wanted to.
16
China's military only has experience rounding up unarmed civilians, and their officer core is based on loyalty to the party instead of competence. I imagine a conflict with Taiwan or even ISIS would end poorly for China.
16
Dictatorships aren't known for productivity. All the nepotism and kleptocracy tend to get in the way.
16
Progressives: To be a billionaire is evil. Also Progressives: Sonos, please give me more money. Things are never simple.
16
What are the chances that they are going to talk about Argentina again? Edit: 🤣 Less than two minutes in.
16
You know the Lira is in trouble when it looks bad in an exchange with a dollar going through Biden's inflation crisis.
15
@omarb1912 America has many economic links with Turkey, so even when the leaders don't like one another, those leaders both work to keep the Turkey economy growing on behalf of mutual business interests.
15
In reality, Bulgaria has supplied more tanks to Ukraine than the US and Germany combined. When Russia left hundreds of tanks behind during their retreats, Bulgaria was one of the few NATO countries capable of repairing and upgrading Soviet equipment. Of course. Bulgaria sends the repaired and upgraded tanks to Poland instead of Ukraine, and whose to say what Poland does with the upgraded tanks?
15
Maybe they should vote for politicians who would invest in education and infrastructure instead of the left-wing crooks who promise wealth distribution. These voters seem to prefer 'free' stuff over better opportunities, and that is why Latin America is getting left behind economicly compared to Asia.
15
If only there was a large amount of Spanish-speaking, young workers that could immigrate to Spain to reverse the upside-down population pyramid.
15
At least Argentine voters can choose their leaders.
15
I doubt this as tens of thousands of soldiers capable of opposing Kadyrov died fighting in Syria and Iraq not long ago.
