@ch36799 So far. Every autocrat silences the judicial branch first, so there is no check on their ability to jail the opposition or silence the press. Putin and Erodgan removed judicial independence first. Later, they moved onto jailing journalists and the opposition who no longer legal resource to fight trump-up charges. You can see why other democracies worry about Poland's leadership removing any opposition from the courts and replacing then with yes-men. It is the first step of democratic decline.
2
@ch36799 Turkey has a opposition parties in parliament too, but you don't seem to see them as a functioning Democracy.
2

@pancakes3250 I think Oregon is the most most likely to do it. They are already decriminalizing it. By 2022, one get "medical meth" to treat glacoma.

Meanwhile, Trump is working to make the US government vulnerable to a self-coup
2
The best thing Obama did for the economy was leave office. As soon as he left, the stock market went up and unemployment went down.
2
Worst Biden will assign Harris the task. She is the Jared Kushner of Biden administration. She will be assigned 100 special tasks, and then celebrate when one of the initiatives doesn't completely fall apart.

Haley 2024

Terrible metric. Saudi Arabia is America's biggest arms buyer, but they are hardly the closest allies.
2
Someone needs to have a running count of Argentina videos
2
He had a ghost writer. Look it up.
2
It depends on who "they" is. Free trade had a net benefit overall and moreover with educated professionals. However, non-competitive union workers and uneducated, unskilled workers in first world countries are feeling left behind.
2
@paulg930 No one cares about your grade school propaganda lesson. The obsession with putting Romanian speakers under one government doesn't sound much different than Orban talking about a Greater Hungary or Putin talking about a Greater Russia. Is it really that big of a deal to have two separate countries in Europe that speak the same language? Is it necessary for Austria and Germany to unify?
2
@paulg930 The more you talk, the more you sound like Putin talking about Crimea.
2
False.
2
The US, EU, and China are the globe's biggest players, so it makes sense for them to keep showing up. Why Argentina has so many videos....
2
@FlamingBasketballClub Does a American and European audience really want more American and European news? They get that from local media.
2
@polishherowitoldpilecki5521 The trolls are here
2
There is a lot of misinformation about Denmark and Sweden. While they have a large safety net funded by natural resources, those the nations are actually heavily opposed to socialism and big government involvement in the economy.

It seems like Grant is sucking up to his Business Daddy.
2
You are probably the type of people who get fulfillment from correcting grammar.
2
@SuperErickelrojo You probably said Kiev would fall in three days. Nice try, comrade.
2
It must be nice to be a tiny country.
2
What is this "Office" you speak of?
2
@IzzyboyDK It worked for former Warsaw Pact members
2
@username Concentration camps, dismantling democracy, and territorial expansion tend to be the actions of history's villains
2
@ArawnOfAnnwn Why do we need neo-Nazis making speeches in parliament when they only represent only 2% of voters?
2
@qjtvaddict How would you know? President Pooh censors Facebook too.
2
@PutXi_Whipped Do you deny that China blocks YouTube, because the Communist Party doesn't doesn't trust its own people with outside information? Do you also deny that it is illegal for you to process a VPN in China?
2
Or people allergic to puns.
2
@corayye4099 When the administration refuses to enforce the immigration laws, then there isn't a point to them. Instead of protecting the border, the administration invites illegals in and grants residency as "refugees" even though they aren't refugees.
2
China is hardly energy or food independent.
2
@DennisTheInternaionalMenace They are principled men. One who is a war hero and the other is a successful businessman and governor. They seem are even better when compared to the community organizer and draft dodger.
2
People know more conspiracy theories about Soros than actual facts.
2
He kept talking about football, but I didn't see a single 🏈.
2
Seems like someone who would overturn an election if Trump asks.
2
Putin's brilliance is exaggerated. His antagonism has lead to his country becoming significantly poorer and the Russian people with a diminishing standard of living.
2
@404-u5f Crimea had water until Russia blew up the dam that held the water reserve that fed the canal that supplied Crimea.
2
@404-u5f ...and then Russia blew up the dam, so the water tap could never be turned on again.
2
@zadovrus1624 Who else could make a dam explode from the inside?
2
@zadovrus1624 or it just turns into another post-Soviet frozen conflict
2
Not really, because they didn't have a good plan to transition the goverment to democracy then either.
2
It depends if Belarus sleeper cells are ready to support them.
2
The numbers look good, but there are a lot of assumptions made. Will the cost efficency stay constant as we build these massive installations outside the sunniest and windiest lands? For example, it make more economic sense to build a solar plant in Las Vegas, while a natural gas would be cheaper in area with more cloud cover like Seattle.
