  1. I agree with you 100%..... Maybe thats why up here they're a lot of private owned garages that work for them selves, therefore the time they spend is the labor I pay, therefore they dont put the spare tire a way for nothing, and how in the world can a mechanic know where the spare tire goes and how it goes, 15 different car brands have spare tires going 15 different directions, therefore I want to take care of my own spare cause I know just how it goes, most times............

  4. I would've investigated why the first oil pan drain bolt was leaking, perhaps that brand oil pan drain bolt requires more torque, which YOU did not apply!!!!!!!! I bet in India or Pakistan they'd could make that pan work with no oil leaking problem...........

  12. I'd be on pins and needles putting that gigantic timing chain cover on, seem so if ever there was a time to have Dave help this was it..... How come you dont pressure wash motor parts like that timing chain cover, I'd like to know how it would do............

  18. Try finding oil re-set instructions in a 2018 Cherokee, it doesn't say how, so after 30 mins of reading stuff that I dont need to know I had to look it up on youtube........

  21. My guess for axle and driveshaft cost is $1000.00-ish. But I would never think to check U-joints the way you did, I would've just used pry bar the way did and say good, you went one step further......

  28. Now I wait for the power steering pump bracket to fall off, yeah that top bolt didn't get clicked in last thrilling episode. But most everything else checked out cept I didn't hear the horns, you got the steering wheel dirty with your dirty hands and I didn't feel the AC come on.........

  30. Ok just finished watching video and with 246578 miles on van, dont you think hey maybe the trans fluid NEEDS TO BE CHANGED!!!!!!!!!!!! Gee am I the only one that thinks trans fluid should be changed in vehicles and yet no garage advertises and or youtube videos shows it, to me it's a very important maintenance that should be done. Also now most vehicles dont even have a dip stick for checking fluid....

  32. I know what it's like trying to turn a wrench when creeper is rolling all over the place, whats needed is a creepers that has wheel brakes, trouble is theres no such thing. The good news is, one day soon all these combustion engines will go the way of the Model T, and will be replaced battery powered electric motors, then all you'll do is brake jobs and swapping out batteries.......

  33. Maybe a gas truck would fit this truck owner better.. My 2021 Kioti CK3510 take 20 minutes fast idle then 5 min of not so fast idle, so far seems to be about every 28-30 hrs need regen. I just dont get why diesel tractors get more hr on gal of fuel then gas, in my mind there should be very little difference in hr per gal, and my ears say gas tractors would be lot quieter with no regen.........

  34. So must be fuel pump or fuel line problem, but how can it be fuel pump when it was already changed, maybe run wire directly to fuel pump. Remember what ever it takes it has to be fixed because it's a Jeep thing, we Jeep people dont throw Jeeps away..........

  35. I wonder if the BBB would like to know about this dealership. That woman or anyone just cat go to a dealer and complain about work that wasn't done, she or I would rather send someone in authority like a cop for that, if not it will just turn into a he said she said argument. From what this video shows, I can tell just by looking at the brake disc of how rough they look they was turned down, so in my mind it's same as stealing someone's money and thats not ok in my world....

  44. With that kind of noise and a binding pinion there should be visible damage, since damage cant be seen that might be causing noise, the owner has 4 choices, put old parts back in, put new parts in, sell to highest bidder, or use for target practice........
