You could also lower the taxes (in my country its almost 50% if you earn 1.6 time the average wage), but that Idea isn't really poplular, since it also benefits the people you don't like (people who own much money). Let's raise the taxes and the mandatory contribution to the worlds most expensive public broadcasting service instead and waste it on bad political decisions and by funding useless NGOs and activists.
