I know the cause of the unemployment rate. What I don't know is why Trump isn't spending every waking hour doing everything possible to ensure as many of those jobs come back when everyone can return to work. The jobs didn't come back immediately after the states reopened, did they? No, they didn't. I'm not playing a character. You have no reason.
