We aren't obligated to let everyone in no questions asked, but again, they're not automatically violent criminals just for coming here. According to the CDC, smoking-related illness in the United States costs more than $300 billion each year. Now, last I checked, $300 billion is more than $130 billion. You can solve them both, sure, but between you and me, I know which one I'd like to have solved first.
