Does body slamming a reporter count? Or threatening to break them in half? https://www.bbc.com/news/av/world-us-canada-40043172/republican-body-slam-caught-on-guardian-reporter-s-tape https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2014/01/29/rep-michael-grimm-r-n-y-reportedly-threatens-journalist/

@zayray4283 Well, uh, thank you, I guess. Is there some way we could talk in private?

@tearnbump3051 Remember at one of his 2016 rallies where he floated the idea of opening libel laws so he could sue journalists who write bad things about him? If he actually does that (and given the chance, I'm absolutely certain he would), there won't be any excuses

@ghostfear2011 I'm guessing he wished someone would have finished the job. http://www.spokesman.com/stories/2018/oct/22/gop-leader-resigns-after-saying-she-would-have-sho/

Marco Polo You might have a point if your own president understood libel laws. Anyone who alleges defamation from an inaccurate account could sue under at least one and possibly two legal doctrines. And yet I can't think of a single time he sued for defamation and won, given that his strongest and only legal defense has been "WAAAHH!!! They don't like me!! WAAAAHH!!!"

James James I'm not asking for Hillary to be named the true, legitimate president, but I would still rather have someone who doesn't base all of their policies on being a troll as president
1
@tearnbump3051 The former, unfortunately, if only because having to hear what Trump says or read what he tweets is very much comparable to that

Marco Polo First of all, they're not my "friends." They're not inviting me to any of their New Year's Eve parties. And secondly, I know libel is against the law, but hate speech is not "going against the NWO." Hate speech is some form of threatening language made toward a specific demographic rather than some big political entity. I don't know who would consider, say, "killing the EU" hate speech because I have no idea how you would actually "kill" the European Union

@ghettomedic188 Unfortunately

@zayray4283 Hey, uh, you're subscribed to The Rageaholic. This isn't a trap, is it?
1
@zayray4283 Picture a guy who makes videos in a black and white filter of himself swearing as much as Yahtzee from Zero Punctuation and in the loudest possible voice while dressed in a homemade Andrew Dice Clay costume. And also, he's kind of a massive douche bag
1
Even if that were true, how would that count as hate speech?
1
@isukatgeetar15 I'm pretty sure journalists aren't actually immune to getting fired when they get a story wrong. Even if they were, that's not the same thing as hate speech
