I’m shocked at how easy that door handle came off lol.
367
That Fresno intersection reminds me of the famous Seattle Union Street exit in terms of quantity of accidents.
90
Lol the little-man biker is clueless. He’s what’s wrong with the world today.
85
I’ve driven over a million miles in my life in all types of scenarios and can only recall ONE instance if instant cop karma on an idiot driver. It’s an extremely rare occurrence.
55
“Am I crazy for wanting to pit him?”. Lol, nope. Pretty much every driver has had that thought go through their head.
47
6:29…Every time I see this type of accident I’m reminded to never create a gap to let someone cut across multiple lanes.
44
I always love going to comments and seeing a cammer getting destroyed...such as the first clip in this video.
43
Enough’s been said about the idiot in # 13 but it’s also impressive how calmly he reacted. And we all owe him a thank you for putting the clip on the internet.
37
@kwagner694 I will continue to always thank officers for their service. It’s people like you that make it even more important to do so.
33
It was a classic zipper merge scenario due to the construction zone and stop-go traffic. The cammer did the right thing by using the empty lane. It was ridiculous so many people formed a long single line.
29
14. It’s a beautiful thing when cammers catch an accident and provide footage to help someone.
28
@glennrishton5679 If you want to be “courteous” by forming one massive line when there’s an empty lane that should be used, go for it. The cammer was the only smart one on that road. There should be a national education campaign teaching people the benefits of the zipper merge. Some states are even making them law.
27
Thank you for your service. Couldn't imagine being an officer nowadays.
24
“I was driving home after getting my wisdom teeth pulled”. Um, not at all relevant to the clip…but kudos for not having to be put under, pumped full of pain killers, and driven home by someone lol!
23
# 13 People need to stop creating those gaps for people. Often the other driver’s an idiot and won’t ensure there’s no traffic coming. 5:16
22
It's great to see people criticizing the cammer and questioning their version. This comment section is usually full of people who don't understand zipper mergers and/or are just like the cammer and will block a merger at all costs.
22
Having watched dozens of these videos I find myself way more courteous and patient on the roads. It’s all the examples of what not to do.
20
5:56…It’s a good thing the cammer told us he was going to get a chopped salad. It’s critical background information for the incident.
20
“It might be wise to practice in an empty parking lot before attempting the interstate.” is one of the best cammer comments ever!
19
It’s amazing how often we see truckers pulling out slowly in front of other trucks or cutting them off. You’d think they’d know better.
19
Another way of saying "I'm tough" is "I have a tiny pp".
19
More company vehicles need those “How’s My Driving” stickers on the back with a phone number. They’re a really good way to get drivers to be more careful.
18
3:22…”Honestly I’m partly to blame…”. About half of the videos on this channel could start with that line.
18
So glad the one cammer told us they’d just come from dropping their dog off at the groomer. That’s important context. ;)
17
“Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face.”—-Mike Tyson #15
16
Man I feel for those people blowing a tire pulling a fifth wheel. That would’ve been a long and expensive process getting back on the road.
15
18 was Frank Costanza’s “stop short” move.
15
@ihazdashcam Actually Illinois has a zipper merge law and many other states will likely follow. Many states currently enforce them, particularly in construction zones. People who block at the pinch point can still get ticketed. I agree both the cammer and jeep were idiots.
15
Statistically you’re far less likely to get into an accident than someone in the 18 to 25 age group. One key reason for that is in your comment: you ensure you’re not distracted.
14
@seekeroftruth6728 Incorrect. The canmer is the only one driving correctly. Forming one massive line in a construction zone scenario is not only idiotic it's illegal in some states.
13
It’s a zipper merge scenario. You’re supposed to fill the lane that’s ending with vehicles right up to the pinch point and then alternate one vehicle from each lane. The idiot in the truck clearly doesn’t realize that a zipper merge is the most effective way to move traffic when 2 lanes become 1.
13
Go to googel street view I-5 South, Union St exit, Seattle. Idiots are doing freeway speeds into a tight-cornered exit.
13
The truck driver needs to be educated on the effectiveness of the zipper merge. He stupidly thinks everyone should get in one massive line rather than utilize both lanes up to the pinch point.
12
# 3…Kudos to the cammer! He knew what to do in a zipper merge scenario. Unfortunately, a couple dozen others who formed a single line are clueless. There should be a national education campaign on the effectiveness of the zipper merge.
12
# 15 is another classic work-zone zipper merge scenario. And we have yet another cammer who doesn’t understand how they work.
12
They also say that Jerry is still trying to learn how to back up with a trailer.
12
6:25…I don’t agree with this channel displaying go fund me info. Lots of scammers out there.
11
Imagine how much happier some of these cammers would be if they just shared the road.
9
#1 “insane plow operators?” Nope, just people doing their job.
9
“The car was like 1/128” away from mine at the end.” Gotta love the cammer’s specificity.
9
First time I can remember a cammer using the word “inexplicably”. Well done.
9
@xczechr ..Key words '"if no cars are coming". That's rarely the case, as demonstrated by how many clips we see of accidents from this scenario. If no cars are coming they can wait 30 seconds for me and the rest of traffic to get out of the way and will then be able to safely make their move. I hope you're not one of those people who creates these gaps trying to be nice and thereby puts others at risk. By the way, if the person trying to merge just wants to get in front of me in the curb lane I'll leave a gap and let them in. But never if theyre wanting to cut across multiple lanes like shown in the clip.
8
4:39…Lol, the guy’s race is completely irrelevant to the incident. The truck driver should reflect on why he mentions it.
8
Love the thumbnail lol! I’m a firm believer the bigger the truck the smaller the d-ck. The same rule applies for the little men who outfit their vehicle with ‘loudners’ instead of mufflers.
8
@cousingrandpa Incorrect, that was a textbook zipper merge. The cammer correctly went to the end of the open lane (which is why it’s there) and didn’t contribute to the massive line of people with no understanding of the concept. Since you think he was an “entitled jackass” for doing so you really need to do some research on the concept. You also sound like you’re one of those people who won’t let someone zipper in front of you. That’ll get you a ticket in some states so you’d best educate yourself. It’s all the people in this section with no understanding of zipper merges who are making it necessary for states to put in laws.
8
I was just going to post the same. Cammer is clueless.
8
“Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face”—-Mike Tyson A thought truckers probably have every day.
8
I’m always late to these vids and one thing I can always count on is someone has already made the comment I’m thinking of. For example, the criticism of the cammer for # 2.
8
@Borninthe80s. …Unless I missed it, there’s nothing to indicate racism occurred. The cammer brings it up in the written part but that could just mean they assumed race played a role in the road rage. Which would mean they have a victim mentality.
7
4:41….I wonder if that cammer knows driving vehicles with modified muffler systems to make them as loud is possible is telling the world he has self esteem issues, if you know what I mean.
