I’m on record in another comment section defending Jones’ right to believe whatever whacky theory he wants and that people should never get overly offended by speech. However, in this case his speech did significant harm to a lot of people including physical harassment and mental anguish. That’s where the line was crossed. I’m all about “Facts don’t care about feelings” but in this case Jones had zero facts on his side.

Keys in the ignition is only one possible factor to prove the person was in “physical control” of the vehicle. If it wasn’t running (which I believe was the case), it’ll likely be a non factor and Lynch won’t be charged with a DUI. Time will tell.

  20.  @POWER-LINKS  …Um, you need to change your original comment. You said “there’s tons of video”. You’re making assumptions. There may be zero hard evidence showing he drove to that spot. And even if there’s footage of the car how will they prove it was him driving? Looks like heavy tint on the windows. I’m just thinking like a lawyer. Remember…it’s “guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.” The prosecutors need to definitively prove Lynch drove to that spot and was in “physical control” of the vehicle.

There were dozens of Gods and Prophets born to virgins (many on Dec. 25) in the centuries prior and resurrection was a very common theme in myths around that time. There's basically nothing original in the Jesus myth. It's mind boggling there's still people who believe such as ludicrous fictional story and spam comment sections as if anyone else would believe their ramblings. Do better.

It all started with Judaism, which was heavily influenced my Mediterranean and Arab Gods and myths. It also borrowed from ancient Egypt and Greco-Roman myths. There’s nothing original in the stories you tell. You really need to some research on ancient religions and how they influenced your stories. As well, I didn’t read your full post but I assume you also referred to the “Heavenly Father” as Allah? That’s the name Muslims use for the same God Jews and Christians worship. Lastly, I bet you don’t know that about a billion Hindus worship multiple Gods and Godesses (i.e. Krishna and Vishnu) whose stories PREDATE your God by many centuries. So not only are you following copied story, it’s not even the oldest myth currently worshipped. Again, do better.

We also don’t know where the keys were, and if they weren’t in the ignition it’s another big blow to prosecutors. Not learning the facts before posting comments is “dense”. Nevada DUI laws are only a 5 second search away. Why not educate yourself.
