0:36 hoovering like a Starwars Speeder.

5:13 just one injector? The customer is probably going to trade it in for a Toyota. Lol it's not their problem anymore.
3
Good advice

3:50 Ray, remember to use Trufuel from the can. They got 4cycle and 2cycle cans of gas that will store for a long time without gumming up the carburetor. I use it in my chainsaw and lawnmower and it works really good.
3
30:04 can you pull any old power steering fluid out of the reservoir at this point? That stuff looked nasty.
3
What if you're a two stroke man. Lol
3
That's a good truck that needs a lot of TLC. I hope the rust isn't too deep.
3
The Ultimate dad joke
3
Nice work Ray. That Subaru looks like a fun car to work on.
3
36:57 wait a minute, you have to wrestle the new fan assembly through there first.
3
1:44 aaahhhh!!!!! Ray, put the intake tube back on the throttle body before doing that.
3
This was a nice trip back in time. Thanks Ray.
3
3:35 Careful Ray!!!
3
Rolling smooth and stopping effectively, good work Ray.

43:20 I helped my buddy change this out twice on his 2000 Camaro Z28. It was a real pain to get it out. The "rebuilt" unit was from Napa and someone rebuilt it in about one minute. Lol The guys in the reman shop cleaned it off and spray painted it black instead of rebuilding it. My buddy drove it home and it leaked all of the power steering fluid from everywhere in about 5 miles and over night while parked. We took it back out and returned it to Napa. They couldn't believe it at first. Then I showed them the spray paint that was flaking off of the boots on both sides of the rack. It was worse than the original one. Lol We crossed our fingers when we put the next rebuilt rack back in there.

@rjb6327 also called A-arms.
3
Oh man, that's an overly complicated vct device. The tensioners are in there somewhere. I hope nothing fails on mine because I don't want to take the whole accessory drive out of the car during in chassis surgery. Lol
3
18:56 Good Ray, bushings that pivot need to be tightened up when the suspension is loaded to prevent binding or pinching of the rubber.
3
I like your new toy. It's a well used workhorse with more to do. I would like to see some repair and maintenance videos with it.
3
8:14 lololol True!!! Don't forget about Mitsubishi
3
19:08 nice work Ray. You performed a miracle. Lol That plate was a piece of bubble gum before.
3
I learned this lesson the hard way myself. I always change bearings, CV axles, calipers and rotors, ball joints, and tie rods in pairs.
3
16:20 I always disconnect the battery before welding on a car to protect the computer.
3
16:25 red sharpie marker to the splines and steering wheel for reference.
3
0:01 what kind of a Battle cruiser do you have docked in the parking lot? Looks like an early 70s Chevy Caprice. I drove a 74 with a small block 400. It was 4800 pounds, a true battle cruiser.
3
4:33 you better label that so the wife unit doesn't take an oil sample by mistake. Lol that would be a terrible prank, just leave it by the coffee machine. Don't do it Ray!!! Lololol

41:49 reminds me of when the IRS gave me a call. Lol I put the scammers on speaker so the other people in the restaurant could hear him. I educated my fellow restaurant patrons about the IRS scam while I had him on speaker phone. He was really playing his part well until I asked him what my address was and why didn't they just send a letter like they're supposed to. Some of the people in the restaurant thought I was being disrespectful to the IRS, I had to explain that it was a scam again while still keeping scammer dude on speaker. I explained that the IRS has all of your numbers and that includes your address. They will send you an official letter.

@FixIt1975 yeah, looks like you have to remove five parts before you can get to work on the problem. I had a 1998 Z28, another pain in the knuckles to work on with no room for anything else under that hood.
2
20:12 I wonder how many of these kits have mismatched pinion bearings in them. Yukon is a popular name and the F150 is the most popular pickup truck in the country. This could be a huge pain for Yukon and a proper lesson in using better quality control.
2
6:57 lololol 🤣 you rubbed that compressor the right way!!!
2
1:37 from this camera angle I thought you were going to collide.
2
12:50 that's a damn shame. At this point I would think the machine gun noise was coming from inside the engine at higher rpms or load.
2
When I read Ford 5.8 V10, I thought it had a dead cylinder and became a V9. Lol
2
33:05 lololol 🤣, you remind me of a buddy of mine. He would slap the roof of the vehicle from the passenger seat while you were backing up. The driver hears the bang and slams on the brake pedal thinking that they just backed into something. Hahaha He got me good with that one.
2
1:45 I would change both front wheel bearings at least.

My sister in law needed a transmission for her Impala. The warranty company took a week to get to the dealership and approve the transmission replacement. They bought a used transmission from the junkyard and the dealership gave her the option to reseal the whole case with new gaskets if she paid for it because the warranty company would not. She wound up in the same boat with a used transmission with X amount of mileage on it. She traded it in for a new Camry and will never deal with that BS again. Endurance plus Insurance is NOT total car protection.
2
6:23 that's a Starwars speeder, I've got the 1986 Suburban speeder myself.
2
6:04 It ain't got no gas in it! Lololol 🤣
2
5:41 GM should have put that battery in the trunk.
2
0:11 she's steam powered. Lol
2
Ouch, I hope you recover from this one. I've had this happen to me even with a hot wrench. Heat cycled fasteners are a PAIN.
2
28:00 I Got 5 On It!!!
2
1:30 put your Assistant in the trunk for ballast weight to counteract the lifting force of the jackstand.
2
26:25 lol troll entering here. When you get too hot, you can't think correctly. Well that's my experience. I like to use the spring pressure to break the ball joints loose from the knuckle. Loosen a couple threads on the ball joint nut and hit the knuckle with a BFH and the spring pressure will get er done.
2
35:00 I hope you tightened the throttle body bolts all the way down off camera.
2
20:58 But Troy is thoroughly amused. Lololol 🤣
2
43:22 WTF, he's still there!!! You got it bad man! Lololol 🤣
2
18:05 a little bit of lubricant on the bushings would probably help make life easier.
2
28:50 You got that right! Lol
2
This one was painful Ray. I hope you are richly rewarded for your efforts.
