I want to know if Corbyn like very likely some Tory politicans took Russian money either directly or indirectly by so called "Non-Profit" organisations as the Russian Report 2 years ago indicated but was never followed up since half of the report is still classified.

So the same as of now. It's called House of Commons. And every MP has 1 vote. The real problem is how is each MP voted. And First-Pass-The-Post is not longer working with more than 2 parties. PR is the solution.

See and this makes you not better than fascists who also calling for violence to achieve what they want.

It's actually good for Labour to be out of the line of shooting. Brexit just started it's only 4 months old. The Economy is on life-support with Furlough and Support schemes. The moratorium on evictions is about to end. You don't wanna be in government in the next years and the next general election is still 3 years away. Add to this that Tories are relutcant to give funding to Labour-hold seats. They give money, bussiness support and development projects to marginal seats and their own safe seats to ensure sure they are re-elected it's a form of voter-bribery. And the opposit party seats constituance think their MP is lazy and uncapable but the only thing missing is money. And just a reminder: Austerity it still there. Noone talks about this but this Tory program to reduced debt is still there, but the debt making doubled instead another broken promise. The current situation resulting from a Tory-Brexit and a Tory-Handling of Covid, 11 years of Austerity and Tory policies. Labour was nowhere near in government. The Tories now have the floor for themselves. Let's watch how they can dance to their own tune. EDIT: Oh and just a question: What difference is a 81 seat against a 80 seat majority of the Tories? Nothing would change in Westminster. This battle here would brought nothing for Labour but Labour would have to disclose their plans years earlier.

Celebrity Culture ... even exploited by politicians. Can you remember at what point suddenly people started to say "Boris" not "Mr. Johnson". They make their voters believe they are actually their friends. And as friends people are far more forgiving when they make mistakes. See Trump, see Johnson, see Brexit, see Corona-Handling. But Johnson and Co. better be prepared, it's a double-edged sword. Being in the personal circle of people creates extrem rage and anger on betrayal or when they are found out because ... well because it's personal.

@minifridgegaminguk2533 If in worst case the parliament represents only 51% of the population it is undemocratic. If people have under the line only 2 choices and everything else is a waste of a vote it's undemocratic. If you must fight and pay to be able to register to vote and vote it's undemocrartic. I agree there are good people with a lot of experience and wisdom in the House of Lords and sometimes I listen to their speeches. But there are also a lot of incapable idiots and now even Russian Oligarchs in there on the whim of a spitful PM while a former decades long speaker of the House of Commons is refused this privilege. And FPTP is the opposit of stable governing. Just by a small change in votes the hole government can switch polarity and the last 10 or 20 years are reversed to remake them. This is 2 step forward, 2 steps back. Proportional voting force consensus and cooperation to get anything agreed. It creates much more stable legislation and majorities. This is what I would call "stable".

So you have no issues with a leader breaking up the Union? Are you a Pro-Independence Scot? In that case I doubt you voted Labour but more likely SNP.
1
DDN you always like Corbyn. Perhaps a little too much. Face it Labour must start to be a party of all jobs, not just the ones you can unionise. The days of those jobs are numbered. Labour must embraze the white colllared middle class as well or it's doomed to disappear.

@ozymandias6644 Prejudice. They have problems with life like everybody else. The type of job is not the point, the amount of wage you get is.

Corbyn seems to be generally good hearted. But he is unrealistic, a terrible leader and would need to be King of the World (or at least Britain) to achieve what he wants. And he would had no scruples to wash away everything which is in the way of his power including Democracy or the Rule of Law. Which makes him a socialist and a tankie or in other words ... a communist.

Dear Corbynistas. You will never support any labour leader unless he comes out of your far-left corner. And by that you prevent Labour getting a chance to get elected which seems to be exactly what you want that noone gets a chance at power and policy unless it's one of you. Do I agree and support a lot of what Corbyn is saying? Yes! Everything? No! Do I think Corbyn is good campainger? Yes! Do I think Corbyn is a terrible leader? Yes! I am also a realist you can only win elections in the UK when you pick up the middle-class and Corbyn scares them same as a lot of working-class people who see the flaws of Corbyn and his past and who are not willing to entrust him with any power and even prefer voting Tory instead! From the outside it looks like you don't mind being the ethernal oppossition to everything. It even seems like you love this role. The ethernal complainer shouting from the sideline too spineless to take responsibility and lead the game instead of shouting and complaining. In a way you are like Maga in the US just with another leader. I do see the hero-worship, the devotion which makes you blind to any failings of your beloved Corbyn. I see Corbyn's egosim because he always makes it about him and he always wine and complains about things happening to him. Especially for being voted out of the leadership and party after losing two important elections and tons of wrong decissions and ultimatively being responsible for Brexit. I mean he sounds like Trump complaining about the 2020 presidential elections. I have a suggestion to you ... In case Starmer actually wants to introduce PR I suggest you help him get elected so you can make your own party and let voters decide how much the real left has to say in this country. Fair?
1
Sure it does. It makes sure Parliament looks exactly like people voted. Because currently it does not. What happens within PR when you have it ... well that's another issue. But PR is punishing government who refuse to cooperate by stagnation. Stagnation leads to shifting votes usually more to the extreme ... until parties begin to cooperate. PR itself works ... the parties behaviour is the problem.
