@@syphongamer767 I pointed out that the loss of 50 people to get one man hardly seems justified and tried to make an analogy to make people realize their potential bias on that.

Because Russias national bank and Putin is doing everything to support it ... on extremly high costs for Russias economy and financial future. This support cannot be uphold endlessly and it comes at a terrible backlash at some point.
7
What document? A complete surrender to Putin. A full betrayal of everything Ukrainians hold dear, fight and died for?
7
I agree with the expert there. It will only fasten the change to electricity based heating or alternatives which Green Endless Energy, but also Fusion one day will need. Putin is like a Drug dealer holding back supply. If he is not careful his consumers overcome the addiction.
7
Interesting perspective. Thanks DWNews. However I gotten very sad when I heared Putins lies about the war being repeated so convinced. The Truth in this case is not somewhere in the middle I'm afraid. It may take weeks, or months or even years for them realize this but too late for Ukraine. And maybe even too late to realize that they are in danger of being pulled into a war as well started by a greedy, powerhungry man who lives still in the 20th century clinging to an era which died 30 years ago.
7
Your life is not improving by making their lifes worse. If you want to know who is making your life so bad look up not down.
7
Another idea. Why not use solarheating on the coast to distill water from seawater by evaporation? Maybe so much that you can send it to the more central parts of spain? You could even sell the salt created by this.
7
You mean out of greed. It is extremly profitable to have this temporary cooperation. Low cost oil and other resources, coal and other resources and big market for selling electronics since the sanctions prevents imports from anywhere else. But this is not benefitial for Russia long term. China is like a vulture starting to pick on the carcass.
7
The US placing nuclear armaments in Europe is practically like Sovjet nuclear weapons on Cuba. Do we really need to repeat this almost end of the planet?
7
@NineDiamont 1 of 27 members who blocked the funding until last week is not something I would call "disagreement". In any case it's passed now. So why do you complain? And you would be surprised about the High-Tech from Europe. America cannot even ensure the airplanes stay in the air (Boeing).
7
Is disagree. There is Truth and there is Untruth. An information cannot be both.
7
Well-educated labour force, wealthy customers, green technology and green energy, education, research, agriculture and food, oil and gas from Scotland and Norway, Lithium from Portugal.
7
@Rob-lm5yk The US is not funding other members. The rule is to spend at least 2% into your own military not somebody elses. So no. The US is not funding others only themselves. This is basic knowledge about NATO.
7
@wolfswinkel8906 NATO cannot accept a member in an active war. It would immediatly trigger a war between 43 countries and Russia.
7
What with the integrity of Taiwan's territory. Don't they have a right to respect it's border as well?
7
While the countries economy is struggling under a 12% Inflation Rate -- per month.
7
Who is opressed? They refused to vote in their own elections. They could have had someone from their ranks as local major but they refused to participate and now complain about the outcome. You have no rights to complain when you refuse to vote.
7
Trust is the key here. Most people have not the time and resources and sometimes the means to fact check everything. But they need information sources they can trust. How can this be solved? We need it sooner rather than later. I have a relative high trust in DWNews because I know their funding is not controlled by the german government and not influenced by corporations via ads or ownership the money comes directly from german people. But this is an exception not the rule. For other channels you not get any funding information, you not get any "who has control over the content" information and you not get a real information about their bias. Maybe it needs some certification / watchdog who constantly checking media and giving them some kind of certification for being trustable or something. This would have to be continued and renewed constantly of course. Whatever it is we need it desperatly because the lies exploding and destroying trust the foundation of society.
7
The EU is not a country. And noone in the EU wants it to be. United to the outside and diverse on the inside is enough for most countries.
7
Imagine a technician (or even CEO) in the subdiary and the CEO from the holding company is calling him and asking for data or giving him the task to "adjust" the algorithm slightly to push a certain video. Do you think he would said no? And imgaine further he says "if you refuse you lose your job" do you still think he would refuse?
6
@mistressfreezepeach Well then it's maybe just 0.25% for the rest of the ocean ... still not good.
6
Although it was a decent interview in format and style information-wise it was only mediocre forthcoming. You clearly notice Washington is on the campaign trail already and some remarks sound more like from a election flyer than from a sitting government in charge for at least 17 more months.
6
@peterbailey-jq7pe What has the US to do with it? The deal was I do not attack your freighters when you not attack our freighters between Russia and Ukraine.
6
Why would the Greens be an issue? SPD and CDU have a majority. And for that matter: Why is the AfD not helping out with votes? Edit: Ah okay. It's constitutional change. Well that needs 2/3 majority. So the AfD is not helping out with their 20%? Interesting. Maybe not such a good coalition partner after all. But the solution is simple: Ask the Greens what they want. A certain policy perhaps?

Geothermic is not sustainable in the amounts of energy we need. The area around geothermic sites tends to cool down reducing efficiency to the point of having to close it down. This is the thing we learned in 50 years of using it. You simply cannot reliable satisfy the needs of a highly industrialized country like Germany that way. And I shudder by the idea what could possibly go wrong. Like creating seismic issues or worse solidifying earths core which would be the end of all life on the planet.
6
Telling the Truth in Russia brings you into prison. For the journalist and the person they asked. So everyone not willing to lie leaves the country or stopps saying anything.
6
@Spector06111 I think he already is.
6
Mr. Spahn should worry a little more about the AfD in Germany or the CDU/CSU will get the same problem the Republican Party got and the Tories in the UK got and the Macron's centrists in France got ... moving into a political vaccum too extreme for the moderates and too moderate for the extremes splitting the party and losing voters to both sides.
6
Have you noticed DeSantis always needs people behind him. Two weeks ago I even saw him walking with a journalist and the people behind him needed to walk with the two. Is he too scared being alone on the podium?
6
Germans are very direct sometimes to the point of impoliteness but very honest. When they say "as soon as possible" they really mean it. Germany is slow to decide but once it made up it's mind they follow through.
6
US Mail is also national in the US ... since forever. Does this make the country socialistic or communistic? Not that I noticed.
6
@axelvetter The EU is a little bigger than New Zealand. Can you break it down to "per farmer/field/ton of food" to define "too much"? And I noticed the imports from the US to New Zealand risen to almost a billion. Exactly what I was describing.
6
So Putin is not shelling the city and there are no civilians in there? Another question: When Civilians wants to leave and can because as you say the city is not fully surrounded ... why wouldn't they? And you say no supplies could be send in but the city is also not fully surrounded. Sorry pal you not making much sense.
6
It doesn't really matter how a fire started besides maybe putting someone for dangerous negligence on trial. The problem are the conditions when the fire started. You can drop a match on normal wet ground with gras and nothing happens. Drop the same on dry grass drying for 2 months and you have this.
6
More guns is not a solution for too many guns!
6
@joexavier4070 So you can't name anything.
6
Why? They don't want it. And Hong Kong is a terrible example for why this is not a good idea.
6
What's with all these accusations of communism? There is no communism left on this planet not even in North-Korea and it was never really fully implemented either not even in the sovjet union. Communism means "ownership of all means of production by everyone" which on itself is not bad. But Communism combined this with "Planning Economy" and this what was not up to the task. But I beginning to wonder if AI could help us out here. The irony is every bussiness under capitalism works itself under "Planning Economy" controlled by the board and CEO. It is the only way to run a bussiness. The problem was always to scale this up to a country.
6
You not making much sense. They want to allow the innocent civilians to leave so they are save from the attacks and bombings but the Russian don't let them go. And the defenders are not willing to give up the city - their home. What is so difficult to understand?
6
@Nanaucat This is not quite correct. Nuclear energy has to run 24/7. Starting and stopping nuclear power plants or even changing the reaction rate has detrimental effects on the efficiency making nuclear even more expensive than it already is. So if the demand is dropping at the night the price of nuclear energy goes even up. Either because it is just wasted or because inefficiencies by changing reaction rates creating overhead costs. In a way nuclear power has the oppossit problem as solar and wind. It runs all the time, but it is not always needed while green power not runs always but sometimes too much. Both need energy storage technolgies. Solar at least has the benefit that it produces the most energy when the most energy is needed ... during the day.
6
The US is not intrested in invading Cuba and make it the 51st state in the US. I mean the US is not even willing to give Puerto-Rico or even Washington D.C. (spare me the statements about this) this status. And even if Cuba would get full Democracy not the loss of all Freedoms. I can even imagine some people on Cuba would welcome this.
6
Why do the farmers there not just join together and invest into themselves, maybe with financial help from the government and/or the EU. Why sell your land, when you just need investment to make your own energy to sell it? This is like selling your car you need to go to work to make a living.

@theeraphatsunthornwit6266 It's not a lie. Since ocean temperatures are extremly important for weather forcast and hurricane and storm warnings they are measured very frequently, very precise, around the globe. The North-East Atlantic is warmer than ever before. It looks like a mistake on the diagram so we are in unprecedented territory. And I only told you warmer water expands.
5
Because it's written on the search warrent the judge had to approve. And because the archive wanted those documents back for 15 months but Trump wasn't cooperating.
5
@amber7255 Thanks for the first hand report. And I'm very sorry for your situation and hope you get help soon.
5
@burprobrox9134 Interesting. Thanks for this information. Still the basin is only a tiny fraction of the whole area. So I doubt leaving it out will have significant changes to the ground water. A factory would have the same sealing effect to the ground.
5
Ha? What? You not making sense.
5
Indeed the US has a lot of inmates. But a pointless statement from you. This is not about the number of inmates but about the condition of imprisonment. And America might be terrible, but this is nothing against Russian or Chinese prisons.
5
@bigboss.800 Tell Putin to get more english lessons.
5
@erichert1001 I don't know about them. But why cannot both be true? The solution may be that it needs someone new. Someone who really cares about Argentinia and is honest, integer, decent, empathic.
