She should have said 'It fell into Mexico, and I was like que?'

Good twist ending there. But the reasons for Brexit are about more than trade and control. Some Brits like being part of something larger and are internationalist, some Brits hate it and want to shut up the borders. It's a cultural war between those two factions. [This is why it relates to what is happening in the US right now.]

If any country needs UN voting oversight it's the US. Why the hell are private companies, who are receiving financial income from politicians, allowed to be used in this way. It beggars belief.

Seth is one of the few people in the media that actually gives the progressive voice respect. I saw someone on here say it shows his bias... in fact it's the opposite. All the other media outlets that ignore or openly disparage progressives, and that includes CNN and MSNBC, are the ones showing their bias.

If this had been posted two days ago I would have been sure it was an April Fool. What a time to be alive, when it's impossible to tell the difference any more...
73
Agreed. I was thinking about this [also with NPR's Tiny Desk home concerts] and why I like it more. And I think it's because with an audience the event becomes dominated by the interaction between presenter/performer and the audience, so we become like a voyeur, just watching on. But now, this way, we become part of the interaction and it makes it so much better. I honestly don't want shows like this to go back to a studio audience.

So funny. Shoulda had Amber too, looking cross-eyed...
45
Was this whole thing just leading to that one joke... omg, respect. So this now will turn into a Wanda thing...
41
What the Trumpys didn't know, was that earth was fine all along, we just told him it was bad so he would leave and go live on Mars...
39
Suspect they 'retired' him cause they need to mix up the gene pool.
39
Embrace it... :D

TSW is one of the most under-rated shows available to view now. [side note: 'Tea' is an uncountable noun, so requires an amount qualifier; such as 'A cup of tea'. But Seth knew that, this is just a set-up for the next Corrections segment. And I'm totally here for it.]
37
All so very suss... Even if they have innocently fucked up this bad... it still is never not going to look suspicious.
33
The mayor here in Bristol does the same... Always galivanting around the world, doing Ted talks, swanning around with rich twats... Meanwhile the city infrastructure crumbles.
31
Last words: 'Clear my history'...
28
Those impression camps have def paid off...
28
The point made at the end is possibly the strongest, and most powerful point ever made on this show. Almost tears, and I'm not even from the USA.
21
Should have ended it with him confessing his love for Seth, and trying to get a kiss...
20
He knew that the craic line was wrongly used, that's why he did it. Def gonna be in the next Corrections...
19
I'm guessing it's the gay thing. Graham still seems scared of being honest.
18
She's prob there too, bein a dominatrix.
18
And it is exactly what the US has been doing in other countries for decades.
17
Imma gonna just call anyone who hates art, Phillis, and then stupidly laugh to myself.
16
It's actually my only source of American news now.
16
A comedian understands basic legal positions better than this purported judge.
15
Yay, performatively two-siding issues...
15
It makes me feel good to know that I have helped out so many establishments over the years...
15
The only person Manchin leaves his yacht for is a corporate stooge...
15
Well if they win the next one... hopefully there will be a decent person in the White House, and they can all enjoy going then.
14
I needed a second go round... I'm only at intermediate level.
14
Totally agree. Or maybe, if he must, as I'm sure it probably helps, a small select group, who will laugh/chuckle naturally.
13
It's bizarre, isn't it. Even the Guardian in the UK paints him as a radical... when all he's proposing is something that already exists in the UK, and which presumably the Guardian supports... it just proves the failure to see through rhetoric and look at policy.
13
The corporate Dems are very happy to have the filibuster and the Parliamentarian blocking everything. They don't want to make changes, it's all performative.
13
With a real danger that it collapses into fascism.
12
They also pronounce 'six' as 'sex'...
12
And you had the choice to not comment, which would be great. But you choice instead to do so, which is the worst. So annoying.
12
Yup, crapitalism. Privatisation of our resources was our biggest mis-step.
12
I'm not sure this segment still needs the whole pre explanation every time.
11
Why don't Sanders and Warren work more closely together?
11
It's better because it's genuine and not sycophantic. It's one of the things I hate about an audience in these shows, they whoop and hollow no matter how lame the joke. Which for me, utterly ruins it. (Mayer is the worse for this.) If he could get a genuine audience it would be fine, but how could you find those people in the US?
11
Seth Fucking Mayer!
11
We need to see his birth certificate...
11
I'm so disgusted by people, supposedly on the left, who attack Bernie. I'm an anarchist commoner, and I have nothing but respect for a man who has devoted his life to making a difference in the world.
11
I'm sure this all was fun for them... somewhat self-indulgent tho.
9
Exactly, Biden and Pelosi are the centrists. In other countries they would be in the centre right parties
9
Timed the intro walk-over perfectly.
9
Corrections: Kiwis would say 'lollies', not candy.
9
See, this is why an audience sucks...
8
@dylanadams1455 As an Aussie, I can confirm that kiwis def say 'sex'. What we say depends on the number of dsrinks...
8
The days of voting for the 'least worse' are over... we need to move on.
