  3. I have a copy of John Eastman’s Newsweek essay challenging her eligibility in 2020. As well as an appeal for a hearing that was taken to the D.C. Court of Appeals in August 2020, which the individual wasn’t even heard out because of being a private citizen, the Chief Judge of the court is an Indian immigrant that Obama appointed, and both Barr and Roberts ignored this man’s requests to get him a hearing!

And ever since the Naturalization Act of 1795, the natural-born birthright citizen can not be born outside the U.S.A..

The U.S. Constitution. Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 requires one is a “natural born Citizen” to be President. The 12th Amendment holds the VP to the same requirement. Our true laws were being upheld in 1961 and 1964!

He was born of a British citizen father and British subject mother, which would have left him born a British subject even IF he had been born in VT U.S.A.. But he wasn’t! He was born in Dunham, Quebec. Arthur is 1 of only 3 ppl to occupy both of those offices since 1850 that wasn’t born of 2 U.S. citizen. Now read the above part again!

Barack Obama wasn’t the father and Mr, Soebarkah, son of Sumohadiwidjojo, was born in Hawaii. But not of 2 citizens and under very taboo circumstances!

  19. She wasn’t born of 2 citizens. She would not have been treated as a “natural born Citizen” and would not have been issued a birth certificate in 1964. In addition to this, as the claimed parents were in the county on temporary student visas, she would not have even of been eligible to be a “native born Citizen”. The only way she could have become a citizen is if she had been naturalized as a “naturalized Citizen”, but that would have required at least one parent being naturalized beforehand.

  23. Facts! That will probably get my comment deleted, despite their being 100% verifiable facts and undeniable! Only 2 Presidents since 1838 weren’t born of 2 U.S. citizens and in the country. Only 3 people in both offices since 1850 weren’t born of 2 U.S. citizens, and 2 of these 3 weren’t born of a citizen at all. The 1st was VP #20 and POTUS #21. Born of a British citizen father and British subject mother at a time when children born outside GB of British citizen fathers alone, were 100% born British subjects and within allegiance owed to GB, no matter where they were born!

The original U.S. Constitution clearly states one must have been a Citizen before the Adoption of the Constitution, or a natural born Citizen to be President. The 12th Amendment holds the VP to the same requirement. President Zachary Taylor who passed in 1850 was the last who was a citizen before the adoption of the Constitution.

If not, you can find videos of the investigation here! Two things to keep in mind here. It was supplied to him by that L. Fuddy, and Stanley Ann’s name on it was determined to be pieced together, forged.

But for starters, British law in the early 1800s was that children born of fathers who were British citizens or subjects in itself and abroad, were born 100% entirely British subjects and subject to the jurisdiction of Great Britain, no matter where they were born. Meaning all of the Arthur children were born British subject, whether in Canada, or the states.

The 14th Amendment “Citizen” is not the same as a natural born Citizen and hasn’t been since the founding of the nation in 1776. The “Citizen” in America’s history, is the shortened form of “native born Citizen”, and you will see usage of both in America’s recorded history. These are the 2 earliest of our 3 levels of citizenship, pre-1790 naturalization. This makes it impossible she was born a natural born!

The falsehood created is that he was granted natural born status, so that the falsehood could be created that anyone born in the country were and are. This falsehood is not backed by the recorded history of the 1898 decision, or anything else predating it and up until the founding of the country. This falsehood also was not present and relevant in 1961 or 1964. The falsehood is only 15 years old.
