@ It’s this simple. It’s impossible she was born a natural born Citizen. Why? Because that specific 1868 Amendment’s “Citizens” is a different level of citizenship. And in regards to Citizens specifically, the Constitution states this level were only eligible if they were one before the adoption of the Constitution. That was in 1788!

This platform block me from mentioning a specific Constitutional amendment in 1868 by title, but you should be able to figure out which one was in 1868. Now if you look at and read the amendment, you will see only inclusion of “Citizens” is given. Then if you look at Article II of original Constitution, you will see it states one must have been a “Citizen” at the time of the adoption of the Constitution (1788), or are a “natural born Citizen”. Yet the 1868 amendment at the most is only capable of being interpreted to claim one a “Citizen”, also referred to as the “native born Citizen” at specific times in our history, such as with the 1868 amendment. The 1868 amendment “Citizens” were not granted natural born Citizen level citizenship. The last of them who were a Citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution to legitimately occupy those offices, was Andrew Jackson in 1837! And as the amendment is incapable of interpretation to claim anyone born in the country to be a natural born Citizen, you should be able to figure out that you’re being lied to and she was not born, and is not what you’ve been lead to believe she is!!!

There are three tiers or levels of American citizenship since the third came with naturalization beginning in 1790. They are… “naturalized” citizen - someone who is naturalized as a citizen “native born” citizen - a child born in the country, or a child born in some of our territories or even in a foreign country, of at least one citizen “natural-born” citizen - born of 2 citizens and in the country, this includes only some territories today A big problem is most of you today don’t know anything about what all corruption began in 2008.

She would not have been issued a birth certificate in 1964 even if she had been born in CA. Only natural born Citizens born of 2 citizens and in the country were issued them when our true laws were being upheld. I guarantee if there was a survey of native citizens born up until the late 2000s, only those born in the country of 2 citizens will have a legitimate birth certificate!

If you believe anything other than this, you ARE believing lies created since 2008! Nothing valid and legal ever altered those requirements! I’ve known about her since 2009. The U.S. Constitution was attacked at a critical level in November of 2009 with a fraudulent decision made at the Indiana Court of Appeals. It created a lie about a specific historical decision made in 1898 San Francisco. She was DA of San Francisco in 2009, Newsom was Mayor. Directly involved in the case were McCain and Obama.
