@juniorakasuperman Chauvin chokes him in the car too. This cop had been choking people out for quite some time, check his misconduct records.
20
Ems Life I don’t think they bleep out talk like that, these guys were pumped up to do some damage.
10
It does because cops not only fear black men but they value their life less. The owner of the bar Chauvin worked at hinted he was racist. He wouldn’t allow black guards near him in jail.... It would be interesting to learn what race his victims were in his prior 20 misconduct complaints
4
Ems Life Well they did a crappy job & 3 of them resigned.
4
@654Crossman They had a search warrant not an arrest warrant
4
So that gets added to his charges, it’s not a reason to shoot him.
3
Ems Life I know it might be difficult for you to believe but they do have several other tools to use besides guns.
3
They need to bring up some of this ex-cop’s arrest complaints. I’m so sick of all the victim blaming, this was a bad cop.
3
He showed far more respect than that bad cop deserved.
3
@humptydumptybrianstelter9480 Even the judge nodded off during Nelson’s nonsense. He lterally interrupted a run on sentence to call lunch.
3
Well, that’s the problem. They get hooked on the legal ones but they’re too expensive...
3
They didn’t even arrest him properly. Two rookies should not be partners.
2
@jaym9846 Maybe you need to read the bodycam transcripts. He was not arrested properly. He was not told why he was even handcuffed or getting in the squad car.
2
Why do you care about a bad cop that likes to choke people out over petty offenses? That doesn’t even contribute to the taxes that supply his paycheck?
2
He tried to plea bargain 3rd degree murder last year, get over yourself.
2
& 9 counts of felony tax evasion
2
Is it difficult to google & educate yourself on the topic?
2
Thomas Jefferson would have encouraged the same thing.
2
You thought you’d get an honest answer?
2
Will you be there on June 30th for his next felony trial too?
2
@liberaldumbfuck4808 Move there then.
2
Ems Life You’ll pass until it happens to someone you actually care about
2
So what?
2
Ems Life The 👮♀️ fired 13 shots at his car & hit the neighbor’s house vs they can move their fat asses out of the way of a car in a driveway in reverse, going 15mph tops. Your logic “The guy in the car was the most dangerous!” 🤠
2
Even if that were true they would still be charged with negligence. A handcuffed suspect in their custody overdosing while they know CPR & carry Narcan?
2
2. Neck restraints shall not be used against subjects who are passively resisting as defined by policy. (04/16/12)
2
Say that when it happens to someone you actually care about
2
He was a bad cop, thank God he’s off the streets.
2
It got looted & shut down for almost a year.
1
@danielochs5076 There is nothing in the transcript backing up your claim.
1
Victim blamers defending bad cops...
1
To low iq racist sheep?
1
cw1832 “The Chauvins, who had been living in Oakdale, face nine felony tax evasion charges alleging that they underreported $464,433 in joint income from 2014 to 2019.” Oh & let’s hope his past victims of police misconduct show up too, like the woman he yanked out of her car for doing 10 over the speed limit.
1
They have other means of control besides smothering someone to death. This cop didn’t even listen to his peers. If you don’t get emotional over this testimony you’re not human. Bet that would change if this happened to someone you actually care about.
1
The only known lethal dose of fentanyl is 70ng, due to a thing called tolerance. Educate yourself instead of spreading lies.
1
@zulubravo9434 Incorrect. Learn what tolerance is.
1
@zulubravo9434 Incorrect. Did you even bother watching this trial?
1
@zulubravo9434 He was a chronic user with a significant tolerance. This was documented & testified. Living DUI drivers had nearly 5 times his 11ng in them & they didn’t die. Your quote was corrected but even if it hadn’t been, the pills were on the floor not in his system.
1
@zulubravo9434 They covered his tolerance. Even a defense witness, Michelle Moseng, who thought she was testifying for the defense, helped prove his tolerance from a previous hospital visit. The ratio of metabolism tells you if a person can’t handle the drug. The phrase was corrected as “I ain’t do no drugs”. It’s sad because I watched the trial live & Nelson thought the DUI drivers died. He literally threw a fit when he screwed up his cross exam & tried to blame the prosecution until he finally realized he failed to read the updated report. Second time he was completely unprepared to cross exam an expert witness. No wonder he tossed around so many hypotheticals.
1
@zulubravo9434 You obviously didn’t watch the cross exam on Reyerson. He corrected what he heard. Not reading the rest of your wall as I don’t believe you watched the full trial and have a bias opinion.
1
@uf1978 Passive resistance due to a medical condition or intoxication = no neck restraint. Bad cop didn’t follow his own policy manual.
1
That cop had been evading taxes for years & has a history of misconduct, why do you care? Oh, cus he’s white & maybe wasn’t on drugs himself? I mean, he had to be on something if he thought he’d get away with all of this. Didn’t his wife file for divorce when she found out? I think she knows him better than you do.
1
“A little rebellion now and then is a good thing” - Thomas Jefferson
1
Bad cops need to be exposed & removed. We wouldn’t even have this trial if it wasn’t for the rioters. It would have been buried like the rest.
1
@jmo6394 So an innocent man tried to get 3rd degree murder a couple days after killing someone? Was BLM even involved that early?
1
@mostlypeaceful2854 Ok, so instead they shot up the neighbors house.
1
Bad cops exist, you live in a bubble, apparently.
1
There were police testifying against him. They’d have to be racist or completely incompetent.
1
We also wouldn’t have known the cop had 9 counts of felony tax evasion & 20 more victims of police misconduct (who I hope testify). & keep recording so the bad cops are weeded out.
1
The family shouldn’t have to wait 10 days either. That’s highly suspicious
