These rulings have made it clear these judges are not just praetorians of establishment, but of status quo in what is a hostage situation vis-a-vis citizens with the state putting a gun to their head being forced to hand the safety and trust of their children over to the people with a gun to their head and no duties whatsoever to the lives and safety of those families. And being forced to pay for that hostage/kidnapper relationship. Intolerable. And the stuff of revolutions and rightful civil disobedience.
