  1.  @AnEvolvingApe  wow you injected a ton of your own beliefs into what was simply a deflection because she refuses to admit that she won't ever fight for the voters. The reality is Nancy Pelosi only fights to protect the wealthy who bought her. Bloomberg stood on the debate stage and told you he bought the house of representatives. This has noting to do with abortion as far as Nancy Pelosi is concerned. It has everything to do with making sure the corporations get the judges who will crush any movement that would challenge the status quo. Nancy Pelosi is a centrist corporatist which means she is ok with letting the Republicans put in judges who believe your employer has the right to demand you freeze to death to protect their cargo on the side of the road. You saw who Nancy Pelosi was when she told Jake Tapper to claim down that she would get to the working class later. After giving the Republicans and her donors legislation that allowed the billionaires to grow their wealth by 50 trillion dollars while 60 million Americans filed unemployment. We only need to look to other countries in Europe to see that we didn't need to transfer wealth to the billionaires. It is time to stop letting the wealthy divide people on other issues because the real battle was correctly identified by warren Buffett when he said. It is class warfare and my class is winning.

  4.  @AnEvolvingApe  you should watch the video Ryan Grim makes the point that it was never an issue for religion before the Republican party was desperately trying to find a way to hold onto power. It is a tool to keep the lower classes at odds with each other while the federal reserve keeps giving the wealthy new money. That is the point and you are playing into that instead of focusing on issues of class warfare.

Between the politicans giving trillions to their donors with the cares act and the federal reserve printing new money to be the buyer of last resort for the stock market. That is the real looting. The events you are taking about are petty theft on comparison. The federal reserve printed 1 trillion dollars a day and made it available to the wealthy elite to keep wallstreet seeing record highs on the stock market while 50 million Americans filed unemployment and there is only 1 job for 5 unemployment Americans. So tell me why are you outraged by some property damage to businesses? Those businesses are the ones who are looting the treasury and insuring that the federal government puts their interests above your own. The didn't even have to bribe you like they did the politicans to put their owners interests above your own and to distract you from the real looting going on

  31.  @crjcrj8443  autonation scare is BS I worked as a controls engineer for over 2 decades designing automated systems. Labor isn't even discussed as a cost when it comes to automation it is always speed and quality control. You know why companies have as many other reason to want to automate like people not showing up to work because they are sick or couldn't afford to fix their cars that labor cost is never discussed everyone knows it is worthwhile to spend more on capital equptiment that our tax codes allow you to deduct than labor. So the minimum wage has zero impact on the speed of automation. Ironically many of the reason people claim to not want to hire someone would go away with a higher minimum wage and Medicare for All. If you are worried about the burden of hiring someone fight for people to earn a living wage so they can pay their cost of living so their car doesn't stay unrepaired and breakdown on the way to work. Get them Medicare for All so employer are not having to fund our bloated for profit healthcare system and people don't end up living with illnesses and calling in sick.

But you would rather we had kept it open and kept all the employees across the board at entry level jobs working for a starvation wage? Because if the future of McDonald's is autonation anyway why do you want people to work 40 hours a week and not be able to support themselves in our society?

Wow talk about defending the greed of the wealthy elites. Tell me of we nationally make the minimum wage $15 do you think the board of directors at McDonald's will simply say sorry we dont want the billions in profits anymore if we have to give up a small percentage of our 6 billion in profits to pay the help the new minimum wage we will give up all 6 billion instead???

Because If you are arguing that moving the min wage from $7.20 to $15 will take the cost if a big mac from $8 to $11 than the working class wins because it takes the cost of a big mac from over an hours pay to less than an hours pay.

Then he turned around and blew a 4 trillion dollar hole in the budget. So once Ryan sits down with Brett to finish that beer Mitch will be able to make it a combined 6 trillion dollar hole in the budget in 2 years if holding Congress. All those Republicans who are for fiscal responsibility must be proud of their party making the biggest deficits.
