@goatgod2009 nice attempt at strawmanning and deflecting... You even managed to start off with the fact that authoritarianism is neither left or right or even center by default and can occur in all three, but that's where the facts of your post ends and your own dishonesty and bias starts to show.

the volume and agressiveness as well as what of these kind of scam calls fund should imo. have the activity classed as international terrorism/piracy and dealt with accordingly.
4
I heavily doubt that could be the case as it should be illegal by default to interfere in any way with someone elses property (vehicles are property) without their permission.
4
@LycanShift does boot licking really taste that good?
4
If he had been living in a civilized country, the restitution would have been in the 7 figures range, and automatic.
4
Which is the point of HOAs: Gentrification and sometimes also unofficial segregation

or that all CAF proceeds are directly passed on to social services, public education, libraries and other poverty and crime prevention efforts.

@grt49er why don't you quit lying?

When I was three, I walked through the entire town to the kiosk where my then 16yo big brother had his summer job wearing nothing but shoes and a baseball cap... Nobody called the police, but my brother asked one of his friends to cover for him while he walked me back home. A couple of years later I was sent to the store by myself to pick up some whipped cream, with my mom having my older brother following me at a distance to keep me safe. At each intersection I stopped and sang a kids road crossing song I had learned in kindergarten class and did the observation routine before crossing

@Sherri-62 as an actual European democratic socialist, your perverted delusiona definition and paranoia of the idea is so far removed from reality that I don't know if I should laugh in mockery or cry in sympathy for you... That said, imo, this is a wrongful termination imo. the waiter has no obligation to share that tip independently of the wrongfulness of the US tipping wage system. Also, as a final foot note: Socialism is about Who is eligible to own the means of production, Nothing else. Eg: under socialism, all buisnesses are owned and run as staff cooperatives by a council consisting of the people who work there. Everything else You have been taught to fear as socialism, is just projected extras that has nothing to do with socialism itself.

@DVankeuren yes, decimation is the only answer (Not completely sarcastic)

Indeed!
3
@LadyLexyStarwatcher I'd hoist the Brotherhood of NOD flag...
3
@nispelsm that nuicance practice is probably illegal on it's face but stands untill challenged in court.
3
@strawberrylotlizard stop lying.
3
@paullilly7921 only when the fences break XD
3
If they don't want staff poached, they need to treat and pay their staff a fair share instead of stealing wages by skimming off the top
3
Doesn't apply to criminal actions
3
@zippydoo9533 canada doesn't have capital punishment
3
A 150 year old bridge is visibly not designed for anything heavier than a minivan at most. The driver and city should be held at fault for irredeemable destruction of a cultural heritage structure and the insurance company should be charged with criminal fraud for refusing to pay.
3
Do you realy think even for a second that that isn't the very first thing they ever did?
3
Anyone wh brake checks a big rig truck should be charged with attempted or 1st degree murder on as many counts as there are occupants in the first two cars behind the big rig.
3
Make knowingly filing false charges or cohersing a confession into capital crimes.
3
You seem to have it backwards too. Medical confidentiality only applies to medical personell, not to private citizens. Eg: There's no rule what so ever about asking or demanding you, as the patient, to disclose your own medical information as a proof of qualification for something like a disability parking permit or to ensure medical safety for you or others in a facility by demanding proof of vaccination. What IS prohibited is to bypass you completely by instead, without a court order, soliciting your doctor or other medical personell that has treated you.
3
His pension and wages should have been garnished from the day he comitted the crime he got convicted for and payed out to his victim(s)
3
@katiekane5247 I hope you ratted them out the first chance you got...
3
@JodyBruchon it takes time bomb addicts off the streets. As long as rich DUI drunks get the same treatment as the poor ones.
3
I'd argue that it's seditious subversion as it harms the public trust in the state.
3
They sell the info on to "marketing data brokers" Which is why collecting any more customer data than the bare minimum of full name, date of birth, adress, a phone number and an email adress for any unspecified non-negotiable reason should be a felony, and selling on or exchanging customer contact or meta-data should be a buisness terminating felony.
3
@arribaficationwineho32 no it doesn't, because the law doesn't have sharp enough teeth.
3
@erichusmann5145 how about the silver bible...
3
You have a funny way of spelling Republican...
3
@SeanPat1001 the third reason seems far more frequent than any non minority american dares to acknowledge...
3
You bet they did.
3
Yeah, that "defense" should have been thown out as frivolous obfuscation and attempt at obstruction of justice.
3
@Jack_Russell_Brown fair enough, and as I see it, the court did it's job and smacked the fingers of the politicians who tried to take a legislative shortcut with an unreasonably creative misinterpretation of the state constitution instead of ammending that state constitution which I presume is a far longer process with more steps to ensure political stability and continuity?
3
@theclamhammer4447 as a former water treatment professional, you are tragically wrong in so many ways. Just the fact that modern water treatment has no feasible way to remove residual medicine/drug/hormone substances from the water supply in the volume required to provide potable, or even just drinking water to most people is just scratching the surface of the problem with aquifer contamination...
3
@MrTeff999 Texas...
3
@olstar18 riight... why don't you tell the joke about a Horse, a Texan and a Floridan walking into a bar too?
3
@RvnKnight never ever trust anything that's not in writing with a car dealership.
3
@petersilkworth9876 the entire EU has such a law too.
3
@OnlyKaerius yes, however, microsoft is far worse when it comes to commercial espionage against it's customers.
3
Eg: Always press charges vs HOAs and Karens
3
@Robertz1986 while technically true, there's a world of difference between third party charity backing a defendant and the defendants employer doing so, especially when the defendant is proven guilty of crimes in the line of duty.
3
@QuietRiverBear that's fucking genious!😂
3
@christianmiller6046 it would put membership preassure on the union to stop protecting and start expelling criminal members.
3
@Time-Traveller-2025 yes, it's torture and illegal in every democratic country regardless of why it's done.
3
@MarkovianMan and if the property isn't used in full as claimed, the whole claim should be automatically voided as spurious and fraudulent, reverting back to the original owners with the same original owners entitled to keep the money of the ED verdict as damage compensation for distress.
3
@TomWishaupt until coms or power failiure at one or both ends of the transaction...
3
Better a double digit percentage of gross turnover×Xdays (X=no of violations)
