  1. ​​ @roberteltze4850  which is why it should be illegal for government entities to file civil law suits against citizens without a preexisting criminal conviction against the citizen in question, and also illegal to appeal a civil verdict against the govt entity if any cost of an appeal ammounts to more than what the wronged citizen originally sued for regardless if the govt entity has a theoretical chance at winning a phyrric victory.

  15. There needs to be a class action lawsuit to demand corporate crime renders the company in it's entirety into the tool of those crimes and, as such subject to criminal asset forfeiture. Ie: use your buisness to comitt crimes=everything that the buisness encompasses, IP, land, buildings, physical property, bank accounts, etc. gets taken by the DoJ, split up and sold at executive auction, the employees get a 12m severance package, any customers with outstanding balance is refunded and the rest is transfered to the treasury, but the company's debts remain with the owners to pay as private individuals as best they are able...😈

  26. The CAR is private property. Interfering with private property, ie. someones car without permission = tresspassing. Where the car is parked doesn't matter unless it's illegally parked on your private property, in which case you might have the right to get it towed, but no more.

Everyone who might be expected to drive anything more complicated than a toddlers push car in their line of work should be trained and licenced to handle every vehicle they would be expected to operate. At least that's how it works in civilized countries...

And property and leasing contracts must be reformed to new contracts requiring co-signing by at least two third party witnesses such as two of either a bank, a realtor, BAR licenced lawyer of that state AND a public notary to be valid. And pre-reform suspicious contracts has to be prooven to not be a forgery before a LEO is allowed to even considder treating it as a "civil matter". Any LEO who tries to shirk their duty even now, by stating it to be a civil matter, should be immediately diciplined for deriliction of duty and violatibg the terms of their employment/oath of office and then criminally charged with aiding and abetting burglary, theft, conversion, fraud, forgery and destruction of private property.
