When local school boards receive a complaint they pull the book and give it a review, then either return it or move it to what is considered to be more age appropriate area. My good friend (a democrat) was screaming about DeSantis banning books, even classics like "Catcher in the Rye". I told him even intelligent people can get caught in fake internet scams like that "Banned Florida Books" list that is being spewed by all the media (and dimrats). He still wasn't buying it until I showed the video of Randi Weingarten giving a public apology for spreading that very false information. The funny part is even after dimlibs are shown what they were repeating is false, they continue to spew it because they so much want it to be true. Where does that leave you?

  24.  @user-Dr.  I've had many posts deleted and multiple times with the 24hr ban and threat of my account being deleted. Mostly I just chill for a day and try and figure out exactly what triggered their algorithm. Also I submit that same question to youtube asking details on which post generated their warning and more specifically what was it they considered offensive. I do this same thing every time and not once, not ever have I received any response.

  30. Over the last few years my grocery bill has gone up, way up. With my wife being ill I pretty much have a set menu and buy the same things every time I'm at the store. However there are a few things I get about once a month at Costco and have been doing so for years. One necessary item is Ensure protein drink for the days when my wife doesn't want to eat. Two years ago a 30 pack was $28, yesterday it was $44 and that increase is pretty much consistent with every thing. Bty: for the math challenged (Democraps) that is a FIFTY SEVEN PERCENT INCREASE.

  38. No big deal, everyone know the size of the package doesn't really indicate anything about the contents, Walmart has been doing it for years. Don't be lazy, READ the label. Friend of mine was always raving about how much money he saved by shopping at Walmart so I showed him why. The toothpaste I like was priced lower at WM, same brand, same size box, only difference was Target had a 6oz tube in that box while WM had a 3.5 oz tube. I was using Dial soft soap at that time, Target was $5.xx for a 24 oz bottle that was 12 inches tall and 3 inches wide. WM had that same looking bottle for $3.5x but only 16 oz which is actually more expensive. Same strategy with ground coffee (10.5 oz versus 12 oz), dog food, and who knows how many other products which Walmart demands to be specially packaged so they can appear to the uneducated to have lower prices.
