  28. You know, you're not wrong in theory. In fascist Italy the trade unions (fascists call them corporations btw) ran the show with Mussolini at their head. So yes, fascism is control by the workers in a national system (as opposed to Marxism which is purportedly international) In practice, when you have socialism, you have to determine prices by fixing them (planned economy) and the only force powerful enough to do that is the government - so the meme is correct in practice
