You will see that 18 U.S. Code § 2383 is actually the appropriate legislation already passed by congress to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. And Trump has not been convicted, or even charged, of 18 U.S. Code § 2383. A state judge's opinion in an unconstitutional civil court case is not a conviction of 18 U.S. Code § 2383.
