Lavrov stated the same. The sooner Ukraine signs unconditional surrender the better. The war is lost by Ukraine anyway. Half of Ukraine has a blackout. Ukraine already lost most trained and motivated soldiers along with almost all hardware it had before the war . Its army is a shadow of its former self at the beginning of the war. It accounts for catastrophic increase in military casualties along with inadequate erratic Zelenskyy and his nutty tactic of constantly throwing poorly trained (most don't have any training whatsoever; lucky ones have 5-week training at best . So poor fellows are just half-baked cannon fodder) Ukrainian reserves into a meat grinder and holding on to disadvantageous positions until it's too late. Zelensky banned marking of soldiers’ graves with Ukrainian flags (many bodies are deliberately left where they perished without a burial, it helps Zelenskyy not to pay even a meagre compensation to the families of the "missed in action" ). Endless forests of flags at cemeteries across Ukraine proved to be too scary and demoralizing for those still desperately trying to escape forced conscription and bribe their way out of Zelenskyy dictatorship. Mass summary executions for attempted surrender or unauthorized retreat just cause further demoralization and despair. Bakhmut is just the last instance of this insane tactic. Hitler's Germany also refused to admit defeat until Hitler killed himself . Then Keitel signed unconditional surrender.

  12. Biden administration simply doesn't know what to do. It's desperate. It even can't stop these referenda. Ukraine suffered catastrophic losses in trained men and equipment. It's using mostly western supplied hardware (all hardware it had before the war started was effectively destroyed). Western supplies are a drop in the bucket in comparison with what was lost. Throwing thousands of untrained and poorly equipped cannon fodder (unlike Russia Ukraine already conducted total conscription of men up to 70 years old) into a meat grinder (which they call counteroffensives) isn't a sustainable strategy. All that is left is propaganda, but wars in Afghanistan and Iraq showed that propaganda wasn't enough to win wars.

Ukraine lost only in this misadventure 1200 soldiers (that's only killed, the number of wounded is unknown), 48 tanks, 46 IFV, 37 armored trucks, two jets, two helicopters (all hardware is courtesy of Biden administration and Fed's money printing -- inflation be damned) with exactly zero territorial gains. In reality Russians destroyed headquarters of so-called Ukrainian military intelligence in Kiev three days ago killing and wounding hundreds of top Ukrainian terrorists and their NATO supervisors. Military hospital in Germany received dozens of critically wounded NATO servicemen after this incident. This failed terrorist attack on Moscow is a feckless response to this blow to Ukrainian and NATO terrorism . I suppose Zelenskyy and remaining NATO supervisors will be next. A disabled person was drafted in western Ukraine and pronounced fit for service despite having no hands. Another died on the front lines within a month of mobilization after 10 days of training, according to his relatives." Zelenskyy is officially catching and forced conscripting even disabled (not only army recruiters, but also police, border police, secret police and even municipal authorities are officially hunting for hapless cannon fodder leaving desperate people no chance to escape Zelenskyy goons). When such people are in the trenches let alone forced to go on the offensive, it's a recipe for disaster. They simply refuse to fight and surrender at the first opportunity.

Russians will respond only if Ukrainian regime attacks regions that freed themselves from Ukrainian occupation. According to BBC Russians now have advantage in artillery 1:10 (previously it was 1:6 according to WaPo). Russians use more than 100 precision glide bombs every single day and Ukrainian army has zero defense against them. This catastrophic disparity in firepower is exacerbated by an incompetent at best (lunatic is a better word here) Ukrainian command (here is just an example of this astounding ongoing lunacy: NYT article "Ukrainian Marines on ‘Suicide Mission’ in Crossing the Dnipro River" or WaPo "Ukraine Marines recount deadly mission").
