If you think that we have open-ended commitment to Ukraine you are deeply mistaken. You should know the saying “It may be dangerous to be America’s enemy, but to be America’s friend is fatal.” Sorry, your utility is close to complete exhaustion. Our main problem is China, not Russia. EU is destined to be cannibalized (Sorry, EU fools). Meanwhile in the real world even NYT (part and parcel of the regime media) is writing: "The Ukrainian government does not usually disclose casualty figures, but the soldiers and commanders interviewed in the past week portrayed the battlefield losses as “high” and “massive.” They described large offensives in which columns of Ukrainian tanks and armored vehicles tried to cross open fields only to be pounded mercilessly by Russian artillery and blown up by Russian mines." They lied about Afghanistan and Iraq, now they are lying about this war .

More than 2000 fighters from the elite Nazi Ukrainian units are going to surrender in Mariupol. 1500 surrendered there before this instance. 16500 Ukrainian fighters were killed only in and around this town.   19. It seems the media simply can't stop lying. Where is the mall on the CCTV video? Nowhere. It's "don't believe your lying eyes" propaganda methods. Moreover, there are already satellite images that show that the mall wasn’t hit by a missile. Ukraine placed an ammunition depot in the factory near that mall. Cruise missiles hit that ammunition depot (an absolutely legitimate target). The mall caught fire from the detonation of ammunition. Zelensky regime just again was using civilians as a human shield. Manager of the factory near that mall admitted that the factory was hit and there is a photo of the factory building almost completely destroyed by a colossal explosion. The mall is only 77 yards away from the factory. Flying, burning debris from the colossal explosion of ammunition reached the mall. There are rows of unbroken wine bottles in the supermarket of the mall. Ukrainians accidentally showed them in their propaganda video. All damage to the mall is from the fire, there was no powerful explosion from the missile inside the mall.

Western supplies are a drop in the bucket taking into account the amount of already lost hardware. And finally German people (not politicians) don't like supporting Nazis from Azov regiment and other numerous Nazi units in Ukraine. Zelenskyy reminds them deranged Hitler in 1945. To all intents and purposes the war is already lost by Ukraine. There are mass surrender and desertion. The most important thing is that Ukrainian professional army including elite Nazi units like Azov regiment suffered unsustainable losses and you can't do much with conscripts (most of them are really unwilling to fight for the regime). Just recently 32 Ukrainian soldiers were shot dead by Ukrainian Nazi unit while crossing the frontline trying to surrender. According to Guardian “…more than 20,000 casualties a month raises questions about what state Ukraine’s army will be in if the conflict drags on into the autumn. Ukraine is losing 2 to 3 brigade's a month at this rate. That's unsustainable.”

Zelenskyy just for media hype wasted on average 500 troops daily (total tally is at least 51 000 KIA) in Bakhmut meat grinder even when all escape routes came under Russian fire control and this debacle turned into a sheer slaughter of Ukrainian troops. Zelenskyy did it while having to catch in the streets even disabled (he is officially forced conscripting disabled people) to try to fill the dwindling ranks of Ukrainian army . WSJ is describing Zelenskyy mobilization in this way: "Mr. Zelensky in January introduced even harsher punishment for desertion and disobedience. A disabled person was drafted in western Ukraine and pronounced fit for service despite having no hands. Another died on the front lines within a month of mobilization after 10 days of training, according to his relatives."

While doing this they will keep knocking off the remaining fuel and ammunition depots degrading the remainder of Ukrainian force. I don't believe any agreement except unconditional surrender of Ukraine is possible. Ukraine ignored previous Minsk agreement, so Russians know that they (I mean US government, Zelenskyy is just a puppet) are completely untrustworthy.

They can only bribe their way out of Zelenskyy dictatorship just to survive. Ukraine already had 6 waves of mobilization. Now even disabled people in Ukraine can be officially forced conscripted. Ukraine already lost most trained and motivated soldiers along with almost all hardware it had before the war plus hundreds of tanks and IFVs it got from Eastern Europe (to understand the scale of losses it had 1 990 tanks, 1 212 IFVs, 1 112 heavy artillery systems, 354 multiple rocket launchers). Its army is a shadow of its former self at the beginning of the war. Zelenskyy is catching and forced conscripting often at gunpoint mostly people with zero motivation to die for him, who never served in the army, often disabled . When such people are in the trenches, it means that the front can collapse at any moment. According to WaPo of all places Russians have 1:6 advantage in artillery (you can imagine their real advantage) . 85% of Ukrainian soldiers are killed even without seeing an enemy.

  50. Lyman isn't a strategic transport hub. There is nothing strategic about this town with population before the war of roughly 20 000. Russians took it only in May this year. For purely political reasons Zelenskyy wasted his last reserves on this venture trying to capture it by September 30 deadline. No Russian troops were encircled in and around the town.
