  4. This whole "albanian" thing, its important to realise that they are still a drop in the ocean of the total numbers coming illegally and legally. The government may well get "an easy win" in tackling the "Albanian" issue, no doubt with some deal with Albania to take more legally. They can crow then that they've fixed it and hope no one looks at the other numbers so much.
