Did you go to court about it? If so did you have coco the clown as thr lawyer representing your interests?

Seems to me that the new "No fault" divorce laws are just another way in which western family society is being broken down and attacked.

@sarahalexander1946 your ex partner is an example of the bad end of blokes and for that matter some women also. I have always paid for my son, it was never enough for her and the law agreed with me, she didnt stop there of course. Now my son is 18 and the money stopped but not before she had completely ruined my son. He now lives with me and my wife where we are trying to straighten him out and attain the qualifications his mother didnt support him through. We all have stories about how relationships break up and develop but one thing is for sure, the law is very much against men in this because of a few losers. The rest of us get tarnished with the brush. I feel somewhat confused in your situation, honestly you have every card in the deck against your ex.

@sarahalexander1946 the same to you Sarah. I know this sounds crass but your experiences are the norm for the blokes. I spent 30k on useless solicitors and barristers trying to pry my boy from the poisonous ex.
