  3. In another recent video Rafe pushed Femi on this and the answer was quite informative. Femi suggests, very grudgingly, that in the case of chasing any African reparations that INDIVIDUALS "could" be found to pay. The difference here is quite stark when the calls are looking for reparations from the UK, where it isn't INDIVIDUALS that could be sought...its the ENTIRE NATION in that case. I think there is something quite profound in the difference. Sadly when being interviewed these grifters are never asked WHY there is a clear distinction here, even Rafe missed it.
