Among the nominees, BG3 is exceptional in comparison to the worthless games/developers who can never be of equal in quality. Or simply, even From Software exceeds the current era of AAA trash. And those same developers virtue signal for their own failures. That has more weight than anything else. A game is just a game. A game that makes history shall be remembered by all.
