As compassionate as your trying to be to trump's choices in everything he did for his term, the buck stops with him. HE!! Swore the oath as president knowingly. He should have tried really hard to educate himself to the responsibilities, but he didn't. He sat on Putin's lap, Kim Jong s lap. Him...no one else. If in 73 years, he didn't develop a humanity. That's no ones fault but trump. He doesn't deserve the honor, of president of the United States.

@7Sheepdog7 I understand your thought. For years I thought like that. But I truly believe there are two different rival entities in our government, called Republicans and Democrats. With many in the middle. And one side, namely the Republicans, hell bent on getting as much as they can their way. Also they spend millions on campaigns. I don't know. So much says we elect our leaders. But, you have your right to believe what you want. 👍

@stevef3785 Do some research on his, salary give away. As for non politician. Oh yeah, he proved that alright. Putin was a non politician too. So were most dictators. For his salary. You're supposed to dump all your business dealings when you're the president. He just put his kids in charge, haha, of his. And they were involved in dealing with foreign countries like Israel etc and made millions in deals, supposed borrowings. On and on. Trump made millions as president via his kids and his businesses abroad and locally. Hotel usage. Resort rentals. Charging his ss guards when they stayed at his resorts while he would go on supposed government business meetings. Fundraisers. Trust me. He made way more than his 400,000.00 a year salary. And in the process, screwed the average American, with his trade attacks and tariffs. Higher costs for goods started under his watch and blew up after the pandemic subsided as such it has. Which also was his fault, for not dealing with it right away. And letting it stew for almost 8 months. So, there's your answer.

What pisses me off is, with all this obvious proof of trumps DISGUSTING, CROOKED, behavior and actions. He makes it through his 4 years as president, a position he obviously does not deserve,And still now years later is still free to do all the more shit he does.

Come on Adam. McConnell is one of the most authoritarian leaders of the Senate ever. You seem like a very intelligent middle of the road minded person, but even as a middle of the road Democrat, I could see McConnell s, smoldering against anything democratic. His constant attacks on Obama and his terms, showed me he's not a group player, unless he's in charge.

What do we expect from McConnell, lead manufacturer of the," just do it", politics. Remember Obama's right to place a supreme court justice. Then remember when he was asked by reporters, what will you do if there's as similar situation during trumps reign? And McConnell said," we'll just fill it. And laughed, his disgusting laugh. McConnell is just as much a law denier as trump any day of the week. He just uses loopholes to sidestep the rules. Face it, many, many Republicans are scumbags, and have been for decades. Not saying there aren't Dem jerks as well, but by volume Republicans win scumbaggery hands down.

This sounds so... amiss. The guy calls but supposedly doesn't explain what he wants pence to do or say,to help him, but doesn't tell him what it's about. It's no wonder Republicans are so f,d up. If it is even possible to force a change an election, just by the VP not accepting the electoral college votes, than we most definitely need to drop the electoral college off at the next curb. We may as well be a dictatorship and stop all this bullshit.

I think you're wrong that trump didn't cause this. By denying his loss to his staunch cult-like followers, he directly incited them without a doubt. And, he knew this would happen because throughout his life, he's gotten away with pure crimes, by getting others to do his dirty work. He knows. And you keep blaming his followers, but this is what a cult is. Many people with an ideology, but not having a nutty leader with power, to lead them. Finally have one. There have been and always will be, dissenters. People who feel like they're being put upon. It's just human. The problem is when you have a sneaky, uncouth, selfish, power hungry alfa type,to take advantage of them. Thats what trump, Hitler, Mussolini, all the wannabe in charge people do. Take advantage of those, dissenters. Thankfully many dissenters, have morals. That stops them from commiting crimes. Use Jan 6 th. There were many more trump supporters there, than actually went in the capital. Those who didn't, realized, that's too much. Also. You say trump didn't actually cause them to do what they did. Then why didn't he walk with them, or just drive? He ran inside to personally watch it happen on TV. I'm sorry, but you're wrong. Trump did, light the fuse. As well as placing the dynamite.

Yeah that's true. But we all do have our deep seeded...hates? , maybe. And he has this dark power of saying whatever he wants, without disgressions, and many admire that. The problem is, he doesn't really give a crap, whether Mexicans come here. Or whether or not women have abortions. It's bullshit that draws the crowd. Like an auto accident. @jeremiasrobinson I don't think trump has ever felt the feelings he's had as president. Sure, he's always been a crook, a richie rich, snob. A shister businessman. Etc. But he's had power, that most never dream of. His rallies make him feel like a king. Talk about enablers. But going after democracy? We can't allow that. We must...vote blue in November. Family and friends,,, on hold. If Republicans take back the majority, nothing will get done.

She hits the nail on the head. All these people in Putin's cabinet also have families. So they cannot just be concerned about their lives, but their parents, children, anyone.
